Classic Refund-Relist Seller
They constantly refund a massive amount of cards I order with no notice, then relist them at a higher price. How can you treat customers like this? If you don't want to sell cards then don't be a card shop.
They delivered my parcel to the wrong address!
They delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I still haven't got my parcel. The customer service line kept me on hold until they closed the office at 4pm with no response.
Do not order from here. I haven't received a refund because they won't respond to any emails or pick up the phone
Still waiting for order-no feedback
I’ve ordered and paid. sent e-mails. I got a weird tracking number which has +-60 digits. I tried to track goods but tracking number were incorrect. I queried the tracking number and no feedback were sent. Then I’ve asked for tracking on my order number but still no feedback. There is no contact details accept the email correspondences.
Missing package.
I bought from coolstuffinc the 31st of December 2017, its now the 20th of March 2018, my order has still not arrived, refund not possible as its my fault they cannot use good shipping companies that insure their items to arrive, or atleast make sure that 152 dollars did not just disappear into the wind, which I paid to get nothing I might add, this is unacceptable, thus this review.

Delivery never arrived
Delivery never arrived. When you call them, you get a recorded message which refers you (in Swedish and English) to the FAQ, then hangs up. They answer emails after 2 days. They did offer to re-send the items, but as they proposed to use the same inefficient delivery service (UK Mail, whose number also hangs up on you), it seemed best to get a refund - which Coolstuff did process quite quickly. Extremely poor customer experience: 10 years of online shopping, and this is only the 2nd time that order did not turn up. The 5-star reviews here really are at odds with my experience.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a bunch of games for gifts, all my orders were canceled, because they wanted people to buy large orders for free shipping, not pay shipping like I did. This is the last place I will order from as I have had other issues in past but this one really made me mad as their customer service

Have bought from Coolstuffinc.com several times. Always quick and excellent service, when something happens they 39 of 40 times contacts you. It is usually no problems what so ever and they even have a discount program you can build up under. 5% on most products, and 15% discount on Singles, order $100 of boardgames and you get free shipping. One of my best companies to buy from. Special magic lots is the only thing that is somewhat priced to high.
