Blocked my account for withdrawing 50 quid let me deposit and play though and when I won and withdrew account was immediately blocked

Absolute disgusting casino who are clearly robbing people of there hard earned money! I played slots and took nearly 2k to hit a bonus which resulted in a whopping grand total of £18. These criminals need to seriously be investigated because im not the only one who's experienced this. Trust me and save your money and go elsewhere because you have zero chance of winning anything!

One of my best casinos where I used to win a lot now is just ruined.
You literally loose everything whatever you deposit. The biggest win you can do(and its rarely) is hitting the jackpot which literally means to get your stakes back so you are on a 0.
That basically leaves you with the intention that you won something while you actually returned back your stakes on that broken casino.
I still remember the times when I used to hit 250£ with 10-20p stake on eye of horus like it was nothing, now is like vaccum cleaner and the free spins on every game here gives you literally 1.20£-5.70£ per scattwr AT BEST, lmao...

I have pumped sooooo much money into coral, we’re talking about 15-20k and I have had so little return on the slots.

I get bonuses but very very rarely they’re decent or in a more rare case, good. 10-20x your play bet 99% of the time isn’t good at all.

I have had much better satisfaction with sky bet, virgin games etc. I know you’re going to lose sometimes with casinos but not this much. The casino is very greedy

Starts off ok but the more you play you realise it just takes your money and hardly ever gives you bonuses on the slot based games. Luckily I didn't lose to much money and got out whilst I did. Have a £10 or £20 flutter for fun, if you win you got lucky. Stay away guys.

Have played Premium European Roulette for last month. I have no idea how they get away with it. Hundreds of losing spins on the trot all the time, as soon as you change your numbers , it comes in next spin, I am currently at 165 spins since last win and have deleted the app. Coral's Customer Service claim the game is 100% random, it is basically fraud.

They need reporting to gambling commission there is no fairness to player,- never seen anything like just dead spins no repeats

Stay away from Coral or Ladbrokes. Their promotions are useless and it's nearly impossible to win. You collect coins and after a month those coins expire. They let you win a couple of thousand coins and they then put locks on the rewards you can get until you reach 3000 coins. The promotional games then only give you 5 coins every time you play so it's impossible to win. I was given 5 coins every day for 3 weeks. If you reach 5000 coins you can swap them for £5 so you can place a bet. The customer service team don't care either as they must be inundated with complaints about this.

Absolute joke of a company made my first bet in store as I didn’t trust my self to do it correct online how wrong I was… walked in the ‘Manager’ who serviced me called Chris in your high Wycombe branch was half asleep I specifically asked for the CURRENT ODDS which was 6/5 and he put it through as SP. didn’t note this on the slip and also didn’t offer for me to write the slip myself which I would of if I knew I was aloud to do this. Went to the Aylesbury branch as the bet won but not at the odds I specifically requested and the guy on the front desk laughed in my face and told me this bet wasn’t mine … I’m guessing because I am a young women?? Disgusting behavior have tried raising a dispute no help with this.

For me Coral casino is the best place where you can have fun and make some money on top.2 days ago i did £10 deposit i played one game and the game give me £ 486 winning. I tok £400 out and in not even one minut this money was in my account. They have great oportunity to play free games where you can win real money for free.they have a great support team that replay to me very fast everitime when i have something to ask. Great job Coral

Bet settled paid out over £85 woke up next day monies reclaimed from my account with no explanation.

Very very disappointed in whats gone on with rewards. I am a small gambler who plays for fun. But enjoyed the rewards. There was the vault and the rewards grabber. Since the change around a month ago the coins are worthless. A 10x increase in what you need?? 300 for 3 spins it used to be...now 3000. And worse, the wins with the grabber are virtually always 5. I used to get 20, 50, 100 or more and could gamble to more. Always enjoyed coral but have uninstalled app and am getting fed up with their (non) rewards. Also aware that the coins i have won (around 560) will expire the end of the month amd I havent earned enough to use on anything. Rubbish!!! Going back to William Hill where I get at least 5 free spins a day. Shame on you Coral....

I'm trying to remember the last time I actually enjoyed playing on Coral and I can't. It just isn't fun anymore, 5 coins only on rewards grabber, minimum amount of coins needed in the store is 3000, I'm not winning anything on the tournaments and I'm not winning with real money either, maybe they don't like the fact that I've got a deposit limit on my account but I got sick of losing so I decided to limit how much they could take, so long story short, they either steal from you or penalise you for limiting how much they can steal. Either way there's nothing in it for the players anymore unfortunately.

Incredibly difficult to win anything on the slots. When you do win, it is either minimal amounts, or you will not win after that for another 2 months. It’s almost as if they are changing people’s odds when they have hit a win…

Called Customer Service and of course they couldnt answer the simple question WHY WOULD ANY CUSTOMER NOT OPT IN - if its a free Promotion and you CLEARLY offer BEST ODDS GUARANTEE on every race??? Corals are ffectovely taking THOUSANDS OF BETS everyday PROMISING BOG and losing punters never know. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and MARKETING and needs to be stopped.
