rude to disabled
My name is Scott
On Tuesday, 15 July at around 2pm.
I went with my disabled mother she was in a wheelchair to your establishment at Coral Island
Coral Harbor Kitchen and Bar.
We both ordered chips and gravy.
As our order arrived the chips was white and under-cooked.
We spoke to a staff member who kindly took them away and replaced them only to see that both were still not cooked and not good to eat in that state .
I then asked to speak to the manager. .
When the manager came over he had a very unpleasant attitude as he asked what was wrong we told him about the food being under cooked to witch he replied in a very nasty tone they are OK nothing wrong with them and you are not getting a refund .
I never mentioned anything about a refund just food cooked through .
Upon this I told him he was very rude to customers and we will be putting in a complaint.
After witch we left without having any food as not one bite was taken as the food was not cooked .
it seems after telling others in Blackpool that this man is known for his rude attitude.
This is not the professional standard or conduct I expect to be given to any customer let alone a wheelchair user disabled .
it seems after telling others in Blackpool of our experience it seems that this man is known for his rude attitude.
i believe the guys name to be graham.
Sorry to see what was a great place go down like this because of staff..
hope you can sort this situation out
many disappointed thanx
Scott
What I love about Coral Island in Blackpool
When I go to Blackpool my favourite place is Coral Island. I love riding the pirate flyer and I love riding the pirates quest ghost train in Coral Island. I love playing on the machines at Coral Island and winning tickets for the prize shop. I like the fish and chips shop inside Coral Island just at the side near the front entrance. There's a bar called the bucuneer you can call to when you need a refreshment and also the Captain Jack's grill. I love it when Captain Jack Sparrow and other pirates walk around Coral Island. In Coral Island they also got a bingo room with their own prize shop where you can win a card and collect so many and obtain a prize from the Bingo room prize shop.
