Nice windows
Used Coral windows before so knew I was getting a quality product . Had 4 windows replaced , I had a few quotes , Coral weren't the cheapest but as we had used them before was happy to use them again . The windows are of good quality snd look really nice .
If I had one criticism it would be that we have shutters on our back windows , because of the vents that are on the outside of our windows the shutter is unable to come down . I was made aware of this with the fitters but they couldn't do anything about it . I would have thought the surveyor would have picked up on this , but he didn't.
Overall still happy with our purchase .

New front door
The fitting of the door was done in a very efficient manner. The fitters were friendly and kept us informed a out what work they were carrying out. They left our premises in a very clean manner

good from start to finish.
when we went into the showroom at otley we were greeted by a lovely lady who took our details with no pressure.she arranged there and then for someone to call and help us further.mike called 16th feb.door was ordered and fit 11th march.excellant job.door fitted/old door taken away.only took 4 hours to fit.very pleased with staff and door.the only problem we are having is getting used to the high threshold.we keep tripping over it.????

Well, where do we start, on the 29th February we initially arranged a home visit for possible replacement of patio doors and upstairs Juliet balcony.
On the 2nd March I emailed the sales department on their email address to ask for the appointment to be cancelled as we no longer wanted a quote. I asked for an email reply to confirm the appointment had been cancelled, but received no email reply.
On Sunday 8th March, we attended the Otley showroom and spoke to 'Josh' at the desk. We asked him to cancel the appointment on the 12th March. He confirmed that he would cancel the appointment as requested.
On Thursday 12th March, I was surprised when we received a phone call at 11.05am, from your salesman who had arrived at our house whilst my wife and I were elsewhere, stating that he had an appointment at our house for 11am.
We explained to him that not only had I emailed the sales department to cancel the appointment but also spoken to 'Josh' at Otley showroom on the 8th March asking for the appointment to be cancelled as we longer wanted your services.
All we can say is that it has been disappointing that Coral Windows not only did not reply to potential customers emails, but even when we had spoken to a member of staff face to face at the Otley showroom they still cannot get it right and cancel the appointment as requested, but we suspect that they still sent out their salesman hoping to get us to change our minds and possibly obtain a sale the we made it quite clear we did not want them.
With no communication what so ever from Coral Windows, this has just confirmed that we would not approach Coral Windows again even if we need any new windows. Poor service and lack of communication, shame on you Coral.
If this is poor customer service before you become a customer and place an order...how bad would it be if you become a customer and if anything went wrong with no communication from Coral Windows.
This needs to be better Coral..don't ignore potential customers emails or face to face requests. 🙄.

Good price, great service.
First of all good price from helpful rep. then all easy to arrange on line.
I needed an outside door fitted urgently and it was ready for fitting even sooner than I expected.
Two pleasant fitters came within a few days and fitted it and cleared all the debris inside and out before the left.
5 days later it needed a small adjustment and fixed it within hours of me ringing them.
Excellent service and I love my new door.

Very quick installation and friendly fitter, very good quality door and felt the difference immediately, no gaps for wind to get through. Catflap was fitted on the day so saved money and ruining a door by having it professionally installed. Door purchased was a stable door with a tilt option which is perfect for spring with the unpredictable weather

Great Value, Excellent Workmanship
We recently had our ageing wood framed bay windows replaced by Gary and Andy at Coral. From the outset, we had confidence in their work as they maintained a clean working environment and were extremely careful in the recovery of the old windows.
Our confidence was not misplaced as they installed the new windows and tidied up the brick work around them perfectly.
Additionally, the workmanship indoors was excellent, the trim and sealing was completed with absolute precision.

Coral windows will be extremely helpful…
Coral windows will be extremely helpful when an order is being placed. They will continually call you to see the order finalised BUT once the work has been done, they stop being so interested. We’ve had countless issues with the frames, sealant's, barrels etc yet no one seems remotely interested. No communication, no way of contacting them directly, & no returned calls. Atrocious.

I have, in actual fact been attempting to contact you through phone & once again, I have gotten nowhere. Passed from pillar to post, yet still the issue hasn’t been resolved.
