There was a very wide range of carpets available and the sales team were helpful and non-pushy. The quotation was competitive and very clear. Finally, the carpet fitters did a tremendous job and we are delighted with the result. I am sure that Corinium Carpets will be our first choice for future re-carpeting.

Despite the late hour Jamie was outstanding in assisting me. He phoned me next day as promised and even organised Sean to do the fitting on short notice. Sean was also very good and I have no hesitation in recommending both individuals.

Excellent sales team who were helpful without being pushy; equally good price quoter who gave lots of useful advice about the moth problem that had necessitated new carpets; and a brilliant fitter, Leighton Miles, who was exceptionally hard working, professional and good at his job. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the whole operation.

All of staff in the shop were helpful without being pushy, Scott was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful during the measure up and the fitters worked quickly, cleanly and considerately. As for the finished result - it’s absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much for a first class service. We’ll definitely be coming back to Corinium for our living room carpet (next on the list).

First class service from showroom selection to having the carper fitted.

We have carpeted two small bedrooms this month, one after the other and both with the same carpet (appropriately in Roman silver!). Corinium's shop is a good place to browse, with attentive but not pushy staff on hand. Despite the immense number of different options, you soon narrow them down to just a few!
Good service at the shop, good price - no continuous sales or misleading discounts, simple arrangements with the carpet fitter who turned up, bang on time (indeed early) on both occasions and made a great job, and straightforward invoicing and payment.
We think that this is a great company to do business with.

Outstanding customer service! They were not looking to seel you the most expensive carpet. They listened to what we wanted, and made recommendations based upon this. Scott wqs very patient whilst we made our decisions and was happy for us to take home the swatches to see what they looked like. Layton, the fitter was very good, pleasant and got the job done to an exceptional standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and we will be back when we need to replace our downstairs carpet!

The staff at Corinium Carpets were helpful and not pushy. They advised me on my options and came to measure up, promptly emailing a quote. They didn't chase or make me feel pressured. I looked into a couple of other options and decided Corinium were best. When I finally contacted them to proceed, they booked a date without delay. The fitter did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with the work.

I tried a couple of local carpet places, but as soon as I visited Conrinium the deal was pretty much done. The sales guy knew his stuff and very quickly narrowed down the huge amount of choice. I also tested their value with an identical quote from another (less helpful) supplier and Corinium were cheaper for the exact same deal. The survey and fitting was professional and high quality result, would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with my recent experience of new carpets. One of their “most experienced and trusted” fitters left without clearing any of the mess. He also damaged a bannister, left a very obvious stain and badly fitted a step. They did put things right but it has been a real battle to get some discount for the poor service.

Showroom staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Fitter excellent. Only drawback was appointment for fitting was not stuck to. I had to hang about from morning to 3:30 pm for fitter to turn up after being originally told by shop staff to expect him after he had done a 'small job' first thing. Turned out they had put in another job without advising me and I had to ring shop to find out what was going on.

Good selection of carpets and competitively priced. Helpful staff, though some not quite as interested in you, personally, as some staff from other outlets. The fitters were very helpful and willing, though the quality of their fitting will tell in time. They did not clear up all the small bits on the new carpets and did not vacuum the carpets; they seemed to assume that it was our job - and it is a long one with lots of fluff etc coming off a new carpet!
