Appalling Corkcicle Customer Service

Bought a Corkcicle prismatic sports canteen. After only three weeks, half the paint had peeled off. No washing instructions given. Customer service were very quick to deny any fault but offered a 20% credit off a new canteen with extortionate delivery charges. Great product but appalling customer service if anything goes wrong! Wish I had read these reviews first - beware!

Don't buy it

I purchased a sport canteen from the company, item ended up being defective, I reached to the customer service for a warranty claim but to my shock (after sending proof of the faulty product) I was told that the cap leaks if the bottle is full (air tight should be air tight no matter what, and the bottle was only half filled). Not only that I was also told that because I have now used the bottle I cant return and I wont get a refund followed by being told that I should no longer contact them and that my email is now flagged. A little bit of common sense here, if the customer doesn't use the item how will they know that its defective? Dont you have to use it to know. Dont buy from there, I have used yeti and s'well and never had an issue with replacements. The licensed products (for example, Marvel) that you pay extra money for are only cheaply wrapped and won't take long for them to scratch. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Have to pay to return faulty product!

I recently picked up a few Corkcicle Marvel products at Disney Springs to bring back home to the UK and absolutely loved the look of them.

When I got home I decided to also buy the Hulk Sports Canteen as they didn't sell it in the physical store and told me it was online only. However upon receiving the product I noticed a few manufacturing defects in the paintwork and reached out to customer service with photos requesting an exchange.

I received a really disappointing response requesting a I pay £37 shipping fee to return it. I immediately followed up with a query asking why I have to pay to return a faulty product, this was over a week ago and I am yet to have a reply.

I have just sent an additional email asking them to clarify their position regarding the UK Consumer Rights act 2015. Have to say great branding, great looking product, terrible customer service. Do not feel like a valued customer whatsoever.

Fabulous corkcicle

Have been absolutely fabulous. Fair enough the price is pretty steep for essentially stainless steel coffee cups but I love it. Bought a mug and a stemless cup - arrived as expected (on time too). The mug has started to chip but I am an excessive coffee drinker - I contacted them for a replacement under warranty and they have been nothing but helpful and quick at dealing with it. Was even allowed to choose a different design. Would definitely use again - only when a sale is on though!

DO NOT TRUST THEM

I contacted customer service after I noticed that my package had dropped off the face of the earth. Customer Service ( Janice) said to wait until April 14th. I will forget by then and do nothing number one. Number two it's expensive and if someone tells you and SHOWS you that the order is stalled you should at least call the carrier to see what the problem is not put it on the customer. So I am either looking for them to expedite my order, or give me my money back so that I can find another water bottle.

Great customer service

Great customer service! I ordered a canteen and by mistake they sent me the wrong item. When I called to resolve the issue, they let me keep that item and now they are expediting my actual canteen order. I feel like most companies would have made me send the order back but I’m absolutely pleased with how great this company is! Loving my canteen!

Do Not Buy Corkcicle!!!

I purchased the lunch bag and water/rainbow water container, I noticed it on Afterpay and thought that seems to be what I’m looking for. It’s absolutely over priced, the lunch bag was small and the material flimsy, horrible. The water container looks like it holds a lot but actually does not. Does not stay cold and sweats. I contacted the company and they only offered a $20.00 off my next purchase. What a waste of over $70.00 dollars. Absolutely terrible customer service and a ripoff.

From reading reviews it seems that other people have had exactly the same issue with the product. Rubbish product and rubbish customer service. Avoid! Would highly recommend a ‘Chillis’ bottle.
