Bought two bags. Thrilled. Very busy place so customer service was not the best. Could use more staff but appreciated their efforts to juggle multiple customers.
Great shops. They have 3 outlets and a website. I've been to Bosquet and Mozart. Bosquet is bigger and would be better if you were just browsing. They are all central and relatively easy to reach from metro stops. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. All staff I came across had exceptional english. The doors are locked, you ring a doorbell to enter. It helps to check the site before you visit, to know what is in stock and which shop you want to visit. It is a must stop for me on any of my Paris visits. There is always some treasure to find.
This experience was fantastic. The gentleman and the lady I cannot thank them enough for their extra extraordinary patience. The buying experience was wonderful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was fortunate to purchase two pieces of vintage Chanel jewelry. They have such a wonderful selection of fabulous pieces from Dior, Hermès, and my favorite Chanel. This is a must visit shop when you are in Paris!
