Likely great if you know what you are…
Likely great if you know what you are doing. They were fast and easy, met the deadline they indicated and sent documents as indicated. I am not sure if I needed to do anything from there regarding legal paperwork.
Their service will "individualize" because you are telling them the information and like robots, they are putting the information in the system to form the business, an LLC (in my case). The problem is they do not tell you if you are forming the wrong kind of company. There is no guidance besides info you read on website. My formation was rushed. I tried to do my research, but read about what to form from others in my profession that were obviously not forming a business in California. I didn't know what I didn't know. Nurses and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) have to form a corporation in California. They did not inform me of that despite my stating I would be working as an NP. Being clearly informed of any required steps from there would be helpful, as far as legal documentation for state goes.
Therefore, I threw away nearly $700 and it could have cost me more. I have since hired an attorney to dissolve this LLC and to advise and assist me on all things needed to form the right company for me. We spoke on the phone and he is available when needed and has also given some insight in how to move forward in other areas. If you don't know what you are doing, don't use this service or Legal zoom type services either. Get an attorney like Andrew Gale at Gale and Vallance attorneys in California, or one you prefer to help. Best of luck!

I love Sundocs. A Certificate of Good Standing is a same day or start of the next business day turn around. Ordering directly from the Secretary of State takes forever. I will always use Sundocs.

Not sure how others are so positive?!?
Not sure how other reviews state they got all their answers then 5 star?!? I've done a dozen filings and had a question for the first time in all my filings and got the exact opposite. The response from the young woman was literally "we did your filing and offer no advice and support beyond that." So what I have is a $50 CorpKit binder full of incomplete documents for $1,000 and the girl couldn't even take 10 seconds to tell me what to fill out and send. You've lost me as a loyal client!
