Worst delivery company ever.

Very slow delivery. Courrier can't even let me prepare and leaving without at least calling me.

Upd: I just got "failed dleivery" because "I wasn't at home" (I was). I got no call, courier didn't even bother to use the doorbell.

I would give this company 0 stars if I…

I would give this company 0 stars if I can. I purchased items online and chose a Correos Citypaq locker for me to claim my package. I live in Barcelona and Shein’s site says the locker in Elisa Moragas is the locker closest to me (it’s not apparently, but I can’t just recognise places just from the map image since I just moved here 2 months ago from Australia.) (29/11/2025) Their locker was broken and I can’t open it with the code they provided me. (02/12/2025) I went to a Correos office near my house in Sant Gervasi - to have it sorted, and because I don’t speak Spanish well enough in the conversational level, she just threw a code at me and gave me instructions in Spanish. I asked if I can just go back to the locker which is 3 trains away (30 mins travel) and she just said “si” dismissively. I already filed an incident report the first try (29/11) but ofc I just received an automated response, and calling their customer support is getting me nowhere because it’s ONLY IN SPANISH. So I went to uni to get the student help desk to call them for me and that’s the time I got informed that the locker was broken so any code they give me wouldn’t work. It was only also after this call that their customer support responded to me that they have filed my case. I waited a week and then filed a case to OMIC and emailed the customer support on (08/12/2025) and I tried calling their hotline since I memorised the numbers I need to press but when it got to the agent they just hung up on me when I say “hello.” All I got is an email update that they have dispatched a team to get it fixed already on (09/12/2025). I went to another Correos office near my university in Les Tres Tores, since I’m picking up another package there, I asked for help and the lady said that they would call citypaq to have the package transferred to their office which appeased me to an extent but the next day I realised that I didn’t get any message or physical footprint of that transaction in the office at all so I doubted if they really called so I went back there with my situation written on my notes and translated in Spanish so I can get an update and know where I’m at with them, the other lady then said that I have to email Correos (as if I’m not already doing that??) I spotted the lady I talked to the day before in another station so I went over there (like yes, I ignored the fact that my ticket wasn’t assigned to her station, but I already waited 30 minutes for some other attendant to just hand me an email card and talk to me in Spanish when I clearly can’t. I couldn’t use translation tech either coz there’s no data in their office - how convenient.) and then the lady looked at me like she’s never seen me in her life and I asked her again since she’s the only one who kinda speaks English, and she just said, “yeah email them, we’ll try to call.” (They won’t, they just wanna get rid of me there.) I get home, I called their hotline again and this time I got forwarded to an English speaking agent who just said that they don’t know when they can get the broken locker sorted. Like?? It’s don’t understand why I have to beg for a service that’s already paid for. I don’t understand why it takes their team so long to fix a locker. I don’t understand why they’re so hostile when I’m just trying to get my package and asking for help because it’s their job. Literally a scam. I don’t know wtf will happen. It’s 10/12/2025 now and I still don’t have my package or any idea when I can get it. Like I don’t live sitting down at home just waiting for them to like give me an update at their convenience. I have a life outside of this but they just don’t care about my time. They don’t have integrity and their service is terrible.

Worst parcel delivery company I've ever used

Never got my parcel, and when I tried to use the web or the form to contact them, a machine would always reject my claim because of technical problems. There's no option for contacting them by email or speaking with a human, and the only chance you have is to go to one of their offices and, maybe, they'll listen to you. Compare that to the service that any other parcel delivery company provides, and this one is by far the worst of them all. I've received hundreds of parcels from several dozen different delivery companies, and the one that reliably fails is Correos.

The Worst Company in Spain

Every single time including this time, the Correos fails to deliver; either the package or letter has disappeared, or lost, or they cannot find my address when every other courier can. They never answer the phone. It is impossible to complain online as their website never works properly. They tell you they have delivered when they have not. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in the past 15 years in Spain

Downright evil

A delivery company that does not deliver packages.
Corrupt, greedy, and lazy.
This is the end result of a state-owned company.

lazy shipping companies

I'm sending a package to a friend from a more developed part of Europe in Tenerife and packages can only be sent in the summer when it's high season. After the season, the Spanish and their shipping companies, cttexpress, ecoscooting, correos, etc., are useless. They don't deliver anything and act like scammers. They don't care. They get the money and you get nothing. They're lazy.

They make mistake after mistake

They make mistake after mistake. Nothing ever gets right the first time. They're civil servants, so they don't work on Saturdays or Sundays. They also don't work between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., when they have nap time. They also don't work after 6 p.m. If you call, they don't answer or they redirect you because you have the wrong number. Correos and Correos Express are all civil servants, but also different companies. They do deliver Amazon orders on Saturdays, but not orders from private individuals. They don't honor their appointments. If you have a choice, choose UPS, SEUR, or MRW, and you'll be fine.

Post office in Villanueva del Trabuco

Went into the post office in Villanueva del Trabuco this morning 13th Nov 2025. The older woman couldn't have been more unhelpful. I was returning a parcel to get a refund. She claimed that she didn't have the barcode scanner to process my item from my phone. She asked me to go to the stationery shop to get it printed off and pay for it when I was informed by the company I was returning my item too that the post office would be able to scan the barcode from my phone. When we were outside about to go to the stationery shop . She must have had a change of heart. Or thought perhaps I should do a bit of customer care for my job. She then told us to write the barcode on the box and she tried to scan ot via a mobile device which worked fine. Talk about wanting to say No before helping the customer. This was a simple process but due to her attitude and manner she made it almost impossible. She would rather say no than yes. Really poor service. We will avoid Cerroes in future if I can help it.

Same issue others have spoke on

Same issue others have spoke on. No attempt to delivery the parcel. I was told the address was wrong and then the shipment was being returned. I have no faith in this service.

BE AWARE, new SCAM from Correos

BE AWARE, Correos have a new scam. Contacted me to say my parcel could not be delivered because my address is incorrect. My address is correct, but I almost fell for the extra delivery charge. They tried to scam me 26.50 euros to have the parcel delivered but I did not pay it. I now need to report Correos to the Guardia for this attempted scam.
They are a complete disgrace.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. I was in front of the door, all of the order details and address were on the information, my telephone number, and I got a message that "The delivery was attempted but couldn't be delivered". I WAS IN FRONT OF THE DOOR, and I didn't see anyone! Same problems as SEUR, same disrespect for customers, and lack of professionalism!

What a joke of a company

What a joke of a company. Their job is to deliver packages but thats exactly what they do not do. Whoever uses them as a delivery service should terminate the contracts immediatly. Never ever again.
