I was a little hesitate to order with the reviews. I was looking for a specific corset i saw here and a few other sites. This site had the most pictures and seemed the most authentic. I'm glad i took the chance. The corset is beautiful, fits great, and seems to be well made. Only issue i had was the shipping was a little slow, but that's not really their fault. Also when i reached out to customer service, i received a reply and follow up to my inquiry. I already have my eye on a few others!

Dodgy company! Believe the bad reviews and customer service and returns!!

Firstly they are not based in the UK and use a third party warehouse. I ordered two corsets and paid around £100. I didn’t like either of them so returned them, the return policy is ridiculous as they charge you for their third party warehouse costs! So even if you’re lucky to receive a refund it won’t be for the full amount you paid.

I returned the items, and accidentally misplaced my tracking number. I have been back and forth with customer service for months and conveniently they can’t find the items. Funny that, I really should have checked the reviews before dealing with this dodgy company! Unfortunate for me as I moved houses and lost my return receipt, the return I had to pay for myself, the company doesn’t cover this!

BEWARE! It’s not worth being out of pocket and dealing with a money grabbing company like this.

I will never purchase from here again and I would advise anyone else considering this company to just look elsewhere.

On my first order with the company I messed up my measurements and accidentally got a smaller size. Reached out to customer service and they got back to me within an hour and talked me through how to exchange the corset, plus the next corset was delivered via express. Will be definitely be ordering again when my weigh reduces lol.

The corsets advertised are beautiful on the models, but when the item is received they are way too big.
I recently ordered from Corsetdeal and spent over £60, when the corset arrived it was too big, hence i contacted customer service who told me i needed a return label.
I paid to returned my corset and got an email a few days later that it was Received and is being processed.
A week later i contacted customer service to find out what was happening and was told that they didn’t receive it. I sent my return number and after back to back emails i was told That because it didn’t have a tag 🏷 my return cannot be processed. Therefore all my money was gone, they didn’t even return half of my money.
Learn from my mistake and do not shop here

My shipment was lost by the shipping company. Coresetdeal customer service was right on top of things with the vendor and with me. I had daily updates on the situation. When it was officially declared "lost" they remade my order and shipped it out immediately using a different vendor and I got it within days. Their service was impeccable, and I couldn't even suggest an improvement if I tried. Oh, and the products I ordered are absolutely lovely. I absolutely recommend them.

I ordered three custom-made corsets as I have a short torso. While they arrived promptly, not one was actually made to the specifications provided. Every single one was a different, poor fit. I tried to contact their customer services, but to no avail. Multiple emails went ignored. So eventually I tried PayPal: the only option I was given was to pay to "return" them to the USA! I was also given a ridiculously small amount of time to do so. I immediately protested, and even eventually cited the Distance Selling Regulations showing that I am not responsible for the costs of return postage, but that I would return them if the vendor when they arranged it with the courier. I also pointed out the sections of the regs stating that I am not required to return the items, and that a refund should be given automatically upon failure to provide the ordered goods within 30 days. We are now almost two months down the line, and I am still no closer than I was the day I first raised the issue with corsetdeal.co.uk. They are holding £188 of my money and I don't have anything wearable for that not insubstantial sum. These are supposed to be supportive devices to relieve pain, and that isn't happening either. Not only am I out of pocket but I am still in daily pain because the only support that would help doesn't actually fit.

Great material always know your measures because even a slightly mistake could ruin your surprise. As for me I am very happy and so ready to wear my goodies. Thanks!

I love waist trainers, but have never gotten the quality like I did when i switched over to corsets that this company encouraged me to make that change. When I found the site, I was blown away by the incredible prices and beautiful designs.
So I ordered one.
Yes aesthetically, the corset is beautiful- but what a life changer. No more back or body pains from poor posture when I sit and work. My breathing is actually better as now I breathe fully through my rib cage, instead of my hunched half lung capacity I was living like before.
My waist is nicer as are my glutes because now I bend over using my butt and legs vs my lower back.
I honestly, love my new lifestyle. 2 months now and I love this.
Definitely try it and consider it.
Its a game changer in the most flattering way.

Perfect service from start to finish, and such great quality products. I have purchased several corsets over the past couple of years from ebay and the quality of some were dreadful. Ordered 2 corsets to re-start waist training for the new year, delivered from their Indian supplier in 5 days, amazing was totally blow away with the quality and how comfortable they are after a couple of days of several hours of tight lacing. Would highly recommend Corset Deal and would most certainly buy again in the future.

I love this site, everything is reasonably priced and top notch quality. All of my purchases have arrived on time. The only thing I don’t love is how much shipping is but for what I’m getting, it’s definitely worth it.

The corsets are nice and well made. Don't pay extra for the fast shipping, though and especially not during Christmas season.

I received the wrong corset and asked if I could receive a refund instead of a replacement. I returned the corset to Corset Deal as instructed. I sent this via Special Delivery which cost £8.80 and was refunded to me. However, they only refunded me £41.70 for the corset when I paid £45.50 for it. I was also not refunded the £5 for delivery even though I was sent the wrong corset. When I contacted Corset Deal they said that they had made the refund in two separate payments of £8.80 and £41.40. I replied to say that the £8.80 was the cost of me returning the corset and I still paid £45.50 for the corset originally. It was also not explained to me that if I asked for a refund this would not include the delivery cost - I expected this back seeing as the error was made their end. I sent this email 24 November and have yet to receive a response so they are obviously ignoring me. Avoid this company and buy elsewhere.

I liked everything besides the jacket, only complaint was I would reccomend packing differently I had to pay to get the hard crease lines out of my silk dress..

The selection of styles is great. The site is easy to use. Shipping is fast. The quality is top notch and the prices are excellent.
