I have ordered several times & have always been satisfied with service. Corsets are always well constructed & lovely, but easily exchanged for another size or style if the style doesn't flatter me or the cut happens to make it so that I need a different size. Delivery has always been prompt, except of course for backorders, but this is information given up front.

The product I ordered was exactly what I saw on the site, it was well made and packaged properly so didn’t get damaged in transit.
The sizing guide on the site meant I could get the right size (seems accurate for the product I purchased) and I tried it on as soon as I got it.

Overall I’m really happy with my purchase!

Ordered 4 corsets with a significant discount while they were on sale. I live in TN, so it took a week or two for them to arrive. However, they were WELL worth the wait. I cannot say enough about the QUALITY of these corsets. I have no complaints at all about my purchase. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely corsets - great service as had to swap sizes a few times.

Being a complete novice with Corsets I didn’t have a clue about sizing etc. however all I had to do was send send a message on messenger and all my questions were promptly answered, I was sent a video and advice which was exactly what I needed.
My corsets arrived very quickly and they are beautiful, good quality, well made. What a result. At the moment it’s so rare to find a company that has fantastic customer service and products but this is definitely one of them. Well done.

I've bought from Corset Story a few times now and I'm impressed with both the products and the service. The range of items that they have available is fantastic, always leaving you wanting more. The corsets are of exceptional quality, and are far from the cheap plastic rubbish that others sell. These are the real deal corsets with metal that fit and are made extremely well.

My last order was delayed slightly because one item was delayed, but I was provided with enough information along the way so I knew when to expect my items.

Love this company & the corsets they provide. I have bought several through their sales & have loved most of my purchases. That comes down to fit only, since exact measurements isn’t an option. However depending on the type of garment & your body type, one can most certainly find a perfect corset. The corsets are beautiful and of good quality, plus they have a huge selection of designs, but I was super impressed by the speed of the shipping to the US from the UK. My order came within a few days of placing it, and they make returning/exchanging items free and easy. When my return seemingly disappeared from the tracking system, they were quick to send me my exchange anyway the second the label got scanned. I am a 100% satisfied customer.
