They have also scammed me, they will not return my money, nor the perfumes

They are a scam company! I won’t deliver the goods to you after I received the money, and I’ll find many excuses not to reply!

Our company engaged with COSMETICS AND PERFUMES INTERNATIONAL LLP, a cosmetics company based in the UK, through online correspondence. We placed an order for a quantity of perfumes, totaling £10,000, on September 8, 2023. To confirm the order, we transferred a 50% deposit of £5,000 on September 12, 2023. The Market Manager, Mr. James Laurent, personally acknowledged the receipt of the payment and assured us that the goods would be dispatched to our designated warehouse in Hong Kong within the contractually stipulated time frame of 10 days.

However, to date, we have not received any shipment. Numerous attempts to communicate with COSMETICS AND PERFUMES INTERNATIONAL LLP have yielded no clear response. Finally, Mr. James Laurent promised a refund of our deposit, but even after a considerable duration, we have not received the reimbursement.
I saw everyone's messages online, and I believe we are all deceived, just like everyone else. We want to pursue legal action and punish this scammer company. Those who share common ideas, can we all take action together?

SCAM! I have been scammed and have been reported, I believe that JAMES LAUREN, who is the sales manager, is scamming through this company or the company is totally false

Careful!! I have made a purchase with this company an they have deceived me anda they did not send me the products or return my money. They algo tell me that they will send spam to my profile if do not remove the negative review,a clear example of the people the are.

They have also scammed me, they will not return my money, nor the perfumes, they are scoundrels, I am going to report it to the authorities

Fast shipping and good wholesale prices.

I ordered 1,500 pieces of different branded perfumes on wholesale. The perfume arrived in a very good condition and they were all original perfumes. I was very impressed by the lead time and the professionalism from my account manager which was very helpful through out the process.

Update to my previous review. The damaged product has been replaced. It arrived today by DHL express delivery. Thanks for the quick and prompt response .

Excellent experience. I purchased a pallet full of Estee Lauder skincare and makeup products. I checked the goods upon delivery and they were all original products.

Also the products arrived in perfect conditions and well packaged. I am very pleased with my order and I will definitely be doing business again soon.
