Everything is bad with this company

Everything is bad with this company . The website is sooooo old and bad . They charge you crazy amount to get your credit card . If you don’t want to wait one month it’s 12.95 + $40 . If you lose your card code you have to pay $4 to SEE your code . The fees are super high on every transaction / conversion of currency compared to other solutions . I would strongly recommend to explore other options to get paid

Hello, unfortunately the above is misleading. The virtual card is free. If youd like the plastic card it is 12.95 with free shipping and arrives within 7-15 business days. You can opt for express DHL tracked shipping for 40$ if youd like. Additionally, PIN reminder is 2$ but provided for free when activating the card. The fees are public on our website, and POS in store and online purchases are absolutely free.

I think the application process was helpful!

I think the application process was mostly easy. The instructions for uploading the validation documents weren’t very clear until I reached out to Customer Support. But the app and website were easy to navigate and Customer Support was helpful and clear. Having dealt with Support at other places over the years, I don’t think they really try to help at all and would rather lose business. So I’m grateful for the help.

Quick and helpful responses from the Cosmo Team

Mia C. was an excellent employee, helping me out promptly, after I had a dozen email exchanges with her colleague, Sandra H., who kept on repeating the same useless information and was not great, but except for her, I always had a great experience with the Cosmo team.

You could improve you exchange…

You could improve you exchange rates...as a SEPA Fan I can only say that even if the Dollar is not as good as it was one year ago, you could do a better job 4 the people of Europe. Thx!... By the way, you also take almost 10 $ for one Transaktion, when is it enough??!!

This company is awful i've never dealt with anyone like this the customer service is shocking 5-7 buisness days is the response time at best
They withheld funds a couple of weeks ago and wouldn't explain why after days of waiting i put a review up and got threatened they would close my account unless i amended it or took it down so i did as i was worried about future payments and explained i had a family to support after taking the review down they withheld a futher 2 payments which i now cant access for weeks! they had then blocked my account after getting me to remove my review
I never write bad reviews but don't want this to happen to anyone else im stuck without money for weeks now thanks to cosmo
P.s the last review rating 'Tom' is fake

The reason your account currently cannot accept new funds is that it expired after 3 years of use.
