I had $175 to transfer from my secondary acc to my bank and as I was submitting it on the very last step doing the currency exchange when I got a error screen and couldn’t go back or do anything. It failed and all my money disappeared and has not made its way to my bank account. So where is the transaction because there is nothing in my history to show it was processed.

I have tried to withdraw money from my cosmopayment account for several days and the service is crap, very inefficient. They canceled the option to use my card and withheld the money I tried to transfer to my BAC bank account. They don't tell me anything, they don't solve, and they haven't returned my money either. I'm very frustrated

Their updated payout method to the countries they support is quick and effective. I'm from South Africa and requested a payout Monday afternoon and by Wednesday morning it was in my local bank account. I will be recommending Cosmo to my fellow freelancers

I’m using Cosmo now for some days and I’m really not happy with it. The page is bugging af & the app is even more worse. I can’t send a request to the customer service cause of a bug at that page. The currency exchange rates are from January the 1st what is under the moon for a banking app. I would loose so much money just sending it to a friend with a different currency. I hope i get help soon or that I finally can send out a request from their page.
The only good part of Cosmo is that payouts work in 1 bussines day. But you can’t sent your money somewhere else soo it’s stuck then in that account. Help!

ignore all the negative reviews. those people are impatient and ungrateful. Cosmo payment is doing us a huge favour, allowing us to receive money from abroad when all the other services let us down. a tip for users in south africa, fnb atms incur the most charges R50 for declined transactions and R60 to view statements. capitec has the lowest fees i think. estimate how much you have in your account by checking the exchange rate and withdraw a little less. you can swipe your card to use up the balance.
