Went to Costa which is near the tram line of market street in Nottingham had the worst customer service I ever had the toilets are so so dirty & the lady lied to us saying she was on her own but there was 2 other lady's was working with her i was going to put no stars but I thought I better put 1

Went on costa riverside in Stafford…. Katie and Rose were extremely helpful with my order. A pleasurable experience x

As usual out of stock by 9am for toast and most the cakes. Waste of time going here.

Simple question. My train leaves in 7 mins. Do you have time to serve me a large lattie in the next 4 mins so i can catch it. Wasn't a test. Just needed a straight forward yes or no. They looked at each other then said yes. I paid and waited. I then realised there was a family waiting at the side for 4 drinks which hadnt even been started. Yep, guess the rest, had to walk away to catch my train without my coffee. Clearly this isn't really important ... but please do consider if you can deliver in time if you work within a COSTA at a train station and be honest ..... and for those wanting to know ... it was the COSTA on platform 5 at Sheffield.

A good chain generally, but overpriced. It's easy to pay £5 plus for a coffee, which is pretty much 30 minutes work for someone on minimum wage. Someone is making a lot of money and I am sure it's not the staff.

I paid £4.85 for breakfast wrap and the bacon it's just fat really disappointed costa need to get on to sandwich makers and sort it

the ice chai tea latte burnt my throat as they out too much chai in it 😡

We come from Gosport every 4 weeks for the market but our first stop is this Costa.

I went into store in Chatham Medway with my little ones for a cheeky hot chocolate and the kind man who was working there was just soo lovely, so helpful and kept telling me if there is anything I need to let him no, if the kids make a mess don’t worry he will clean it, genuinely the nicest experience when you have children that can be a little messy, he’s a credit to your store,

COSTA FISHERGATE. Great service by stand alone Joe this morning he was juggling a large queue and clearly needed support as some customers chose not to wait. Who said men can't multi task? Well done Joe Fishergate preston .

Pulled into the drive through, typical robot like experience taking to a human through a speaker, ordered 2 Tomato and Mozzarella pani with a Frappe (strawberry). The drink was refreshing enough couldn’t complain. I think the rest was was for the BFG. The panini… well the tomato had an invite but didn’t attend (was clearly busy) and the pesto wasn’t invited at all! This or maybe the tiger came to tea before we arrived.
I think I was late to this party because despite eating it straight away the panini was lukewarm but thankfully the cheese had shown a presence.

I wish I hadn’t ordered tickets to this party. Was a flop.

Queue the party popper…

Magor Services Costa drive thru - the workers there always friendly and happy to chat. Makes a change to have great service. Costa reward your workers lol

The Costa shop in Eastbourne wouldn't allow a poor homeless person to come out of the rain and sit in the dry to use the Wi-Fi for a little while, which showed a real lack of humanity.

The staff the are very rude badly educated they are frome India and the treat people frome Africa like inferior and they consider them self as English and the owner off the business. I have noticed in all costa coffee, this business should be closed down .

I would like to give a shout out to the warm, welcoming experience at Costa Coffee in central Windsor. Ewa, Maria and the rest of the team served great coffee with smiles. I feel it is one of the best branches I have visited. I have been visiting Windsor to do some dog and cat sitting. I look forward to seeing you next time.

After spending £40 on drinks you get a Free coffee and it disappears of the app after 12 weeks! Out of principal I’m now a Mac’s or greggs man,half price and just as good!!

Hot cross bun with cheese and bacon or was it ham was all shades of wrong yuk!!!!
