Since Costa Bingo was bought out it has gone to pot.
Bingo games seem to be won all the time by the selected few, Prize amounts are laughable, and slots never pay out.
I joined Costa Bingo 5 plus years ago and it was a good site with a fair chance of winning be it bingo or slots. The decline has been pitiful and my time on there has come to an end,
Don't waste you money on this once fair but now dreadful site.

You can only use the bingo bonus sign up bonus on ONE of the games and it's not even worth it. You'll always win less than £10 so you can't withdraw it.

As I had only been on it once in long time put user name password Worked perfect Tried get onto 2nd time your password was wrong So now can't get back on it saying your account is blocked neither user name or password was wrong

I cannot complain as won out of this site, but if playing the slots BEWARE the bet max is very close to the spin , should you leave your curser over it it will spin.
The other thing I noted on the slots is your balance will go up or down before the reels stop .
Also I get emails saying spin £150 on slots and receive 300 shop coins , on them the winnings are capped at £1 so £150 and get a pound back.
Its a good site if you know EXACTLY what you are doing.

I have an account with sister company costa games. I have never had problem with withdraw. My withdrawal was sent to my payment method on the 11 th still haven’t received it. There email address doesn’t work. And the one they tell you to send to for help doesn’t work either. No live chat anymore. What has went wrong

Absolutely stealing thieves. This disgusting horrible site has let me deposit for 5 days and sometimes a couple of times a day I've won on it and been waiting for my winnings since Thursday. Its now Monday. I got am email from them today saying they have suspended my account because I've excluded myself from sister sites. That would have been ok if they had have told me straight away like 99% sites do. Not almost a week later and taking my money for days !!!!! It's disgusting and I want my winning

absolute disgusting site, been with costa 14years, and win 18th feb £150 on bingo on friday big game one line, and a technical problem meant it didnt pay out, ive emailed and rung countless times and all they keep saying is its a technical issue and the technical department are looking into it, absolute urine takers, ive spent thousands on costa and they quite happily take my money but now cant pay out what i won, there are players who witnessed it and a chat host verified it, and in my account history it is there for all to see yet they still have not paid it out!!! what is their technical problems to do with me? they can see ive legally won this money yet still wont pay it out, i will not let it go i have contacted gaming commission and IBAS and they are saying same it should of been paid and they are filing a case against them, stay away from this site they are thieves, they also closed my account for no reason after last year stopping my bonuses for depositing saying im abusing the bonuses!! what? you deposit they give you bonus how do you abuse it f they give it to you and you dont ask? this is piggies123 lots know me been on costa years, now cant even tell fellow players why im not there, they closed my account for no reason lol

Can I please ask why I am now been forced to provide verification for proof of who I am? After customers deposit money on to their account, it's unacceptable that you withhold their winnings. I'm a member of a couple of other casino/ bingo sites, verification is done before customers are actually able to deposit. Withholding sums of money that customers have fairly won is completely unacceptable. The only photographic identification that I have is my passport that is out of date which you probably won't accept. Plus not everyone has any ways of other photographic I.D, like myself. As a 32 year old woman, I find this whole situation very intrusive.

As I expect a reply, please don't fob me off with the same auto-generated text that you give everyone else as I've witnessed on the website trust pilot.

Played for a few years, this site has gone downhill fast, never known a site make so many changes, the latest one is that there is only 1 host throughout the site, therefore making it so hard to get cg points to play free games, there used to be two hosts in 2 separate rooms, so they have halved the chances of winning points a ploy I think to make you deposit more.....Don't waste your money.

After playing on here for a few years on bingo and slots usually 10p or 20p a spin or 1-5p on bingo. Something happened when I was trying a new spin game. I was changing the bet down to 10p when it span and took £8 from my balance with no win. I would never ever bet £8.00 on one spin or game.
Having contacted customer services and explained what happened they refused to refund my £8.00. They can see from my history that I would not bet that much and also confined the game it was taken from. This has not happened before and I feel like they thought I was trying to make a claim on something that was nothing to do with them! I understand people do things like that but looking at my account they should at least have offered me something if not all of my lost £8.00 but no I felt like a criminal! Why are free games capped, I’ve won over 2-3000 points on som games and got £1 cash for my troubles…. Lippy pay out full amount of cash for points won.

After being a customer for over 15 years of both Costa and Sing bingo which have recently been taken over by 888.. I was asked to verify my accounts by providing proof of income back in October which I sent.. was told verification can take up to 72 hours... 7 weeks later I have been told my document is inadequate and I need to provide, bank statements and copy of passport! How very intrusive! My accounts are blocked from depositing until verified but I certainly will not be providing any further documentation so will not be spending another penny on these sites, will take my money elsewhere and advise all to do the same. If this is how they treat long term customers then I hate to think how they treat new ones !! Absolutely disgusted !
