I ordered a hood for an audi a7
When it was delivered after 3 months we checked it fast because of all the comments here i read after my order.
It was the wrong part and also damaged
I send it back with the same shipment that it was delivered.
I write them i want the refund of my money. Then he said that i purchase the wrong part hahaha, thats crazy because i have an audi a7 2014 and he write me himself that all a7 from 2010 to 2017 have the same hood.
No i write also a mail official that he send the wrong part and i want my refund.
He write me he dont wanna talk with people like me.
Now when i don't will get my refund i will send everything to my laywer and he will solve the problem.
I never ever saw a more unproffesional company like them. Maybe i also will go to the customer service agency it is crazy whats going on here!!

The part they send you is not the part you ordered. They take your money and won't take back the wrong part they sent you. The description of the part is what you want, however the part that arrives is not what you ordered. A bunch of bandits!! Stay away!!

The headlight I bought, never arrived. Almost two weeks after I made the payment and wait for the deliver, I asked them for the article and they told me it was unshippable. Too bad. Too bad. After all, they made the appropriate refund.

I ordered a bonnet from Costautoricambi. Upon delivery I inspected the bonnet but did not look under the edge protection. 3 months later when I removed the protection I found that the corner at the A-pillar was severely damaged. So I contacted this company in a friendly manner, stating that I would be willing to fix the damage myself and hoping to get some refund to compensate the time and money I have to put into rectifying what was not my fault. My request was answered right away in a very unfriendly way lacking any standards in business communications and stating that there is nothing they can do for me. They even were alleging that I damaged the bonnet. This was definitely the first and last part I ordered from Costautoricambi!

Update: In a response to this review the company claims that I bought this part in April 2024 and now want to return it. The truth is, I bought this part in June 2025 and returning it was never in discussion.

Update 2: The company now claimed to sue me for this review.

Update 3: Today the situation even got worse. Meanwhile I fixed the damage on my own expense and painted the underside of the bonnet. Upon mounting the bonnet on the car I discovered that it even does not fit. The part they sent me does not correspond to the OEM part number they list on their homepage. So, I contacted them demanding to either get the correct part or a full refund as this is a case of material defect liability. They stated that I need to send the part back to them on my expense and then they will decide if my claim is correct. I cannot accept that. Why should I pay for the return if they sent the wrong part? Apart from that they can as well take the same bonnet from their inventory and compare with the original part in order to find out that they misadvertised this part. Enough is enough. I will now hand over this issue to a lawyer.

DO NOT BUY!! I specifically bought a chrome grille for a Nissan Patrol. My surprise came when a plastic grille arrived that wasn't the same one I had purchased. I checked the website and realized they had sent me a product with a different reference number than the one I had purchased, and the item I received was also much cheaper than the one I had ordered. I contacted them, and they told me they didn't have the one I had ordered in stock... however, they decided to send me a different item without even consulting me. It was their fault that they treated me arrogantly and haven't refunded me the price difference or returned the item. SCAM.
