I have shopped here for the past 5 years, it is very convenient as I live so close, we buy our bread, milk, meats, frozen stuff, sweets, crisps and alcohol here.
I’m even on first name basis with some of the staff.

However I feel I just got robbed,
I brought a faulty vape that did not work, it came up with a error code,

I went back immediately
And explained that it didn’t work and asked for a replacement,
I was told that it isn’t there problem and to get in touch with the vape company IVG pro.

Surely this is not for me to deal with.!

I cannot believe that even being such a regular customer they refused to replace something that clearly doesn’t work,

They didn’t offer my money back either,

I told them to keep it as it was useless, and headed across the road to texaco garage to buy another.

Which has now cost me double..!

I vowel to never step into Pete’s costcutter again, I shall take my business elsewhere,
even if it means going a further distance.
I must say I’m fuming..!

Great convenient store, some things are pricey £11 for jar of coffee? Hence didn't buy that. Shop ideally situated but could do with a revamp and better parking. Being as its the largest store locally other Morrisons which is 10 mins away. Staff are always lovely and helpful.

I visited the Northam store to use the post office and purchase a couple of items. The lady at the post office counter (Helen) didn’t respond to me when I said good morning. I took my receipt and said thank you to again not even be acknowledged. I then walked around the store picked up the items I needed and went to the till. I said good morning to the man behind the till to again not even being acknowledged as he was too busy typing a message on his phone. I could clearly see his screen and see that it was a text message he was typing. He scanned my 3 items without lifting his head. I then paid for them said thank you to again not even acknowledged. I work in retail myself and know all about customer service. I found it very rude. I will NOT be using the store again. I would rather get in my car and drive to the next town.

Please do not go to this corner shop. I walked inside with a bag of crisps from a completely different store and i said hello to the shopkeeper and she completely ignored me so i just walked out and immediately afterwards she chased me down the wrong accusing me of stealing without checking CCTV. Don't spend your hardworking money on shops who don’t respect you.

If I could put less than one star I would. No prices on anything, I bought a bottle of diet coke, a bag of crisps and a small bar of chocolate which in a normal shop would have cost me £5. There were no prices on anything and I got charged £11. Ridiculous!

Costcutter at Inverleith Row. EDINBURGH, took 3 attempts to retrieve a packet from the girl, she kept making a mistake but blaming it on me, had a terrible attitude towards my wife, won't be using again

Open the eyes and look. Well i been told to apply for a thing to get back to work and I done just that it was only 2 days work time went by still no reply time still goes on and. So fall out the door walk 2 seconds up the road ask the manager and he said sorry jobs gone and best of it is he never even looked at my cv

The manager in the Hanley Bus Station branch of Costcutter, is really rude, doesn't really engage with customers. The other members of staff are excellent, if it wasn't for them I think the shop would suffer.

After some research, I have discovered that Costcutter provide a range of 2,000 Co-op own-brand products, and Co-op is the exclusive wholesale supplier, but still we cannot use the coop app to gain discounts WHY.

Surely if you sell this amount of coop products that customers would be able to use there coop app for coop related products.

But we cant so why is that.!!!!

the employees and the actual products are so nice there and sometimes if im a few pence too short since they care they will let me off

I come to Costcutter Hampstead all the time, and the service is always great. Rakesh and Reema are especially helpful, friendly, and attentive. They always go out of their way to assist customers, and it makes every visit a positive experience. Really appreciate them!

Left me 5 euros short couldn't care about the 5 euro dirty filthy staff you employ in ballyboden live on Taylors Lane and I will never use it again

The Cost Cutter in Watford Queens Road, very rude and not respecting the customers. Yesterday night I bought coconut which is got spoiled, I took back to them and said it is spoiled. They said we are not responsible and we have to check before buy and rudely said like next time don't buy it from here. Please be careful with this people when you buy the products. This is one of the example

The CostCutters on Hanover Street AND Frederick Street in Edinburgh are complete scams. Tried to charge me £20 for a bottle of water and sandwich, I just walked out.

Their Evri machine doesn’t work if you’re a white person (evidenced by other people being served in front of me and it was “broken” for my turn)

These guys should put on their website about when you can collect parcels. I walked quite a long time to get there this morning for the shop person to say that I could not collect my parcels until 11am. Ridiculous. Not happy at all with the guy in the shop this morning.im pretty sure it won't get sent back after 10 days. I am on holiday in that time. So thanks. This is the one Ardgowan Road Catford.

I went in for a quick trim and only paid 24.50 and was pleasant surprised because my stylist was a man and he definitely knows how to cut hair.I will definitely be back.

A member of staff at 305 Finchley Road was aggressive and intimidating towards me today. I went in to collect a UPS package using the same ID I used successfully last time at the shop for a UPS package. My government ID uses the longer version of my first name which is abbreviated for everyday use and deliveries.This time, however, they refused the ID. I pointed out that last time they accepted it and they told me I was lying. I said I certainly was not lying and that I have proof. They said they were just following UPS policy. At this point two male floor staff were moving in on me and one of them stood head-on and aggressively pointed into my face saying I was lying. I asked him to get his finger out of my face and stop gaslighting me and stepped to the corner of the shop to call UPS and make a complaint. I will also be writing directly to their HQ. UPS are writing to the staff of Costcutter Hampstead to educate them on their policies and have confirmed costcutter staff had no right to withold my parcel.

Woman that works at Costcutter by Bush Hill Park Station in London was unbelievable rude this morning.
I came to return a parcel, asked her for help with the label machine, and she ignored me even though I was the only customer in the shop. I had to leave without returning my parcel.
