I love my new door! The whole experience was excellent from getting in touch with the Costello team to the fitting of the new door ! James Keane who fitted the door was extremely professional and did a fantastic job , the door looks amazing , thanks again !

Product is good but the finish is just awful. Silicon overused and covering a lot of the frame. Window boards damaged. The plaster inside the windows is dreadful, uneven/ unsanded and chipping off. Cracks have formed already. Gaps between the window board and window. Windows not level. Would avoid. Will take a lot of work to get a decent finish which they should have done.

My experience,it's difficult to get a company to fit a few windows in Galway maybe impossible so I tried a Web search and found Costello Windows. From start to finish the communication was very good. Was asked what I wanted,the balcony window fitted is excellent and it makes the world of difference(closed off balcony)the other window in the bathroom badly needed to be replaced,again I was asked for my preference it was made and professionally installed and its amazing. Thanks to everyone at Costellos

I was delighted with my experience from deciding to have new windows to today cleaning them for the first time. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice friendly and helpful and those that called to my home were lovely. I'm very pleased with my windows although given that the weather is so sunny at the moment I can't yet comment on the improvement from a heat retention view point...

Great service & installation 👍🏻 very clean and tidy and made good the walls around the door after, all in all very happy.
The door creator on their web site is very handy as well very easy to use.
Would recommend Costello to anyone thinking of a new front door, even moved installation date forward as we were expecting a baby around the original date.

Excellent work by Costello Windows, big thank you to John and Jack the 2 lads flew through the installation in no time, had 3 doors and 6 townhouse sash windows and a couple of large picture windows made up and fitted within 2 months of ordering, very impressed with how fast they were good to go.
The lads were great operators fast, tidy and very accommodating to any questions throughout. Also thanks to Hayden who was very helpful with the initial consultation. Great value, highly recommend, delighted

Great company to deal with. Got a new front door with side panels. Service from start to finish was impeccable. Workmanship and fitting on the day was second to none and left everything neat and tidy.

Very easy to deal with and prompt in delivery

We have twice contracted Costello. 1) to remove and replace windows in 2022 and 2) a front door in 2025. Personnel promptly arrived to measure up and describe the process from ordering to installation in detail. Provide a quotation and commit to a deadline date. Costello delivered. We are very satisfied with their professionalism.

All staff from the time I enquired for quotation up until work was finished was friendly and professional. There were no problems and the work was finished to satisfaction in the time I was told. Fantastic job. I would recommend Costello windows and door to anyone thinking of replacing them.

Very poor !! We started off with Costellos coming highly recommended from a good few people and more so for their finishing so we went with them even when they were dearer than the rest that we got quotes ! We had three different apts first John came out we looked a colour and done up measurements, we then went to their show room and finalised the colour on all windows and doors, John then came out to do exact measurements and took a deposit which is half of the overall cost, we were so excited as you can imagine we waited and saved a long time for these! Two weeks later we were informed the colour sage green that we picked was not available at this point we were after paying half and was never offered a refund, so we settled and picked another colour which we were pissed off about this should have been the first reg flag , fast forward the installation 4 weeks ago roughly, they came and all seemed ok once they were finished and gone we realised how messy they left the place but I’d get over that it’s the finish I’m more worried about, there was a list of items that needed to be sorted included a joint on a big window that should never have been there that stands out like a sore thumb Cleary should never have passed the factory or even been snagged by the fitter (this needs to be changed as a whole window )silicone so wide onto the new windows and doors that had wet cement clearly trapped in it from holes they filled on the surrounds that should have been left dry first before silicone applied ,safety locks on none of the windows down stairs safety lock on kids bedroom upstairs upside down, landing window catching when you close so Cleary needs rejigging the front door lock never changed to have a key lock from the inside it was left with just a turn lock which we said we couldn’t have with a small child was promised this would be no problem , the list goes on so we emailed them just after they went with everything on it and rang the fitter also just so he knows, we have rang now for the last three weeks and keep getting fobbed off not once have they rang me back when they said they would, you pay balance before windows arrive so you have no come back! Its hugely disheartening and rude to not have one phone call back to try and sort a date for fitter to fix these issue, your literally noting once you lay the balance customer service has been jusy been horrendous we are currently renovating our house and time is a big isssue if they got back to us when they should have there wouldn’t be a problem now we are having painters in a few days and don’t no how we can have a new window to replace the bad one when we have to paint a tile around and that will be ruined if they come in a few weeks which it’s looking more likely at this stage that’s if they ever have the respect to get back to us!! We won’t be letting this go and will be seeking legal advice as in this day and age money just doesn’t grow on trees we work hard for what we have and to disrespect a paying customer at this level is just not on!!
