Cosybunks.co.uk Reviews

Bought a high bed with desk and futon underneath for my granddaughter, she absolutely loves it, it was easy to order, affordable and I was kept informed, it was delivered and built on the day I was given by a really nice guy, he was very polite, professional and he took all packaging away, would definitely recommend.

I had been let down by another company for a gaming bed. My son had saved up and was desperately waiting for it and had planned his first sleepover. I contacted Cosy Bunks and Elliott was amazing. He pulled out all the stops and managed to get me a delivery within 2 weeks. The bed was delivered today around 8am and fitted. The guys were great and the bed looks amazing (small double Trasman Pod) can’t wait for my son to come home from school today and see it. Well done Cosy Bunks!

Great product! My kid hasn't left her room since getting her new cosy bed. She can't wait to start having sleepovers with her friends.

Great service, fast delivery and really pleased with my two mattresses!

speedy service and great communication and really well packaged. Also friend just slept on the mattress and she lved it.

The bed is good quality and sturdy, and customer services were very helpful when there was an issue with my order. Slight delay in the delivery because of that but more than happy with the service. Recommended!

Customer service replied very quickly to a question I sent over the email, giving a very thorough answer to help with a specfic need. Grateful.

We absolutely love the gaming bed, I wish I had one when I was in my teenage years!

Disappointed with the construction of the drawers in the trundle bed. Very flimsy and poorly made.

Delivery was quick and satisfied with the purchase.

Fast delivery and a beautiful bed, my little girl is over the moon, my husband managed to put the bed together by himself even though afterwards we realised it stated two people. So it was easy enough do and instructions were clear. Feels sturdy so I’m hoping it’s durable as it feels and will last my little one a long time.

Super helpful company as I messed up the order and they called me to double check details. Very friendly and very happy with the bed…

Due to a problem with dispatching the bed arrived 5 days later than I anticipated, however I was kept informed of the delay by email.
The bunk beds are excellent quality and were straightforward to assemble, no bolts!
I will be purchasing another set of bunk beds shortly.

Superb experience - the loft bed was easy to assemble and of great quality.

Very pleased with the bunk. Friendly advice before ordering, bed was easy to put together. Happy to recommend

Really pleased with new beds for the children. High quality product, speedy delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Really helpful and quick. Assembly pretty easy, though lining up the screws with the litttle metal thingies was a bit of a pain. Lovely looking bed and very useful. Thanks so much.

Ordered without a problem until I made a mistake on the number of beds I wanted....quickly sorted by e-mail after the phone lines had closed, and money re-paid to me. Bed not put up yet, but will do another review on that if I can.

Quality service - good website, easy to order, the bed arrived three days after my order. It was relatively easy to assemble and is a great quality bunk bed. My daughters are very happy!

My nephew has a new cosy bunk and loves it! The price was great in comparison to others we’d looked at, and ordering was really easy. Arrived safe and sound, no issues.
