Lovely staff. Friendly but not overpowering when you are trying to choose. As always the quality of the furniture is beautiful. It hasn’t arrived yet so will update at a later date.

We visited the store in Chelmsford to look at some furniture we'd seen and planned to order online.
I am so glad we did this as the lady who served us was really helpful and advised us on a few things we were unsure of.
The delivery and putting together of the furniture was done by 2 guys Emmanuel & Dean. They were punctual, polite and friendly and done an excellent job.
I had recently had chemo and Dean was very mindful of this and kept his distance when showing and explaining things to me. He also offered to move the furniture to another position if i wasn't sure.

We received a warm greeting from the sales assistant, and were given room to browse without any fuss. We knew what we wanted, and the young lady was able to guide us with regards to price, availability, and any discounts available in the summer sale. The whole process of ordering was very smooth.

The store is bright and welcoming and the staff friendly. Helen was very helpful. She printed the dimensions of the desk we wanted to order and got a tape measure and compared it to the different desk they had on display. This really helped make our selection. I recommend this store whole heartedly.

A friendly welcome. Help and support when we needed it but not pestered by staff. Found the items I was looking for quickly and easily, they were in stock. Also had positive chat with staff in general and those at the checkout. My wife says she breathes a sigh of relief when she comes through the door with the peace, tranquility and the lovely items to peruse while she is there. Also as a wheelchair user she has plenty of room around the displays for her to navigate around. So all round a positive visit.

Found the Cotswold Company on the internet and liked what I saw. Went to their Chelmsford Store and was very impressed. I purchased an extending dining room table and 6 chairs. The quality is amazing.
Leonora was an absolute star and went above and beyond in helping me from the sale through to delivery.
The delivery guys were fast, efficient, friendly and again a credit to the company.
