I was assured in the store my delivery would be on June 24Th 2026 and my invoice confirmed it. I was unaware that the delivery date had changed. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. With no help from customer service, not a good experience

Looking through the notes on your account, the delivery date was automatically set for 30th June, and we are unable to see any correspondence confirming that the date should have been the 24th June as mentioned. That said, I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, given what you were originally advised in the store.

I visited the Harpenden Store recently…
I visited the Harpenden Store recently and felt that the staff were not interested. I have lived in Harpenden nearly all my life. I noticed when a couple walked in they were greeted but I felt I was ignored. Some of these customers are pretentious newcomers to Harpenden. I was going to order some items not a large order but a quite a few items. I will not be doing this now and I will not be going back. Sharpen up your act Cotswold Company. Not impressed at all

Friendly, helpful staff.
As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by member of staff. Without any pressure staff will help you look for items we were searching for. They offered advice and even told us about a sale that was taking place in store. The store itself is beautiful played out, with furniture and furnishings with every item put together really well. They definitely should offer an interior design service, if they don't already!

Great experience with Charlotte
Charlotte went above and beyond to assist my husband and I in the purchase of our new ottoman bed. We had and initial video call where she showed us the bed. She then followed up via email as we had several questions. She's always replied kindly and promptly. The service with Cotswold has been outstanding so far. We can't wait for our new bed to be delivered!
