Excellent customer service and efficient

Sarupa at the showroom was a star. She’s always helpful, and friendly; very welcoming. The items on show were also sufficient to help us decide the furniture perfect for our space.

Our furniture order was handled by friendly staff. Delivery date was within 10 days which is not something other companies can do so very impressed.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Sarupa and Marc Anthony were knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in helping us make the right choices rather than simply making a sale. Nothing ever felt too much trouble.

Charlotte also worked hard behind the scenes to resolve a payment issue, ensuring everything went through smoothly, while Nancy went above and beyond after our visit. She stayed beyond normal working hours to sort out an amendment to our order and make sure a refund was processed correctly. That level of care and communication is incredibly rare.

Every member of the team made us feel valued, and it's clear they take real pride in looking after their customers.
