Fantastic service from the male assistant. He gave us the time and space to try the sofas but was on hand with help and advice. Good knowledge of products and helpful tips on which filling to choose and the best fabrics for our lifestyle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store. First class helpful and friendly service. Cannot wait to take delivery of our new sofa.

Have now bought a large bookcase and two large bedside chests of drawers, and been very satisfied with the quality of the items and my experience dealing with the company. Always had good communication with the staff at the Knutsford store, and delivery drivers Bernard and Michael took great care when bringing my recent items.

What a place this is !! From the moment you walk in to find so many rooms in situ , as you walk through everything is stunning . Do not take your Wife/ partner as you cannot resist to buy!!

My furniture has arrived , delivered by Bernard & Kanwarpal two delightful young men who assembled everything, very polite and soo helpful. Can’t praise the service enough. Would highly recommend.

Brian was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He knew when to discreetly step away to leave us to think about our purchase, but let us know where to find him if we needed anything.
