Great showroom in knutsford, easy to order, delivery team excellent

Our experience with the Cotswold Co. from our visit to the Knutsford showroom through to delivery and installation, was excellent. Special thanks to Ryan & Chris who delivered and set up our dining table & chairs. They were punctual, courteous and completed the installation in good time. They also took great care to demonstrate the table’s operation and ensure all waste materials were tidied away and removed. Highly recommended - Thank You both!

Lovely products and helpful staff

Very easy to shop in store ( Knutsford) with a good choice of furniture, delivery was by 2 really professional & curtious guys (Ryan&Chris). Items look great & fit in beautifully.

Simon and Bernard did a first class job delivering our Cotswold furniture. Nothing was too much. They worked without fuss considering the heat of the day and were friendly and accommodating. A++

Our experience with Cotswold Company staff has been great. The showroom people (in Knutsford), the Customer Care team on the phone and the two delivery guys, Bernard & Aslon, have all been extremely helpful, polite and committed to making the purchase and delivery a happy and efficient process.

Ryan and Satar delivered our furniture with care and efficiency. It was neatly unpacked and put in location, they were polite and willing. We were delighted! Ordered from Knutsford showroom, delivered to the Wirral.

We have just received our delivery. The furniture is fabulous. So solid, well made and great character.

Bought 2 cushions from their Knutsford store. Great shop, lots of items on display. Beautiful cushions and excellent customer service. Have bought online previously but much prefer buying in store.

All the staff were friendly and professional, Brian, the Manager was very knowledgable and helped us chose and match a lot of our furniture that we ordered, we'll be back...!!

A beautiful designed building allowing the furniture to be put in proper room settings.
It felt inviting and relaxed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
Only disappointment Is that 2 items I wanted weren't available for 8 weeks.
