Sent HALF the items bought. Very underhand tactic used to PREVENT the buyer from raising Ebay dispute.
Two sets of items bought on Ebay on 2 September 2025. On 14 September polite reminder sent that items still not received - no request for refund and no dispute opened on Ebay by the buyer. Parcel arrives on 18th September 2025 and within a day this pharmacy raises Ebay "Item delivered" case without any request or input from purchaser and provide tracking number to prove that item was delievered the previous day. Ebay almost immediately closes the case in their favour with no input from the buyer as tracking number shows that SOMETHING has been delivered. So they raise a fake case against THESELVES shortly after the item is delievered and get Ebay to quickly close their fake case. The result is that purchaser can not raise a valid Ebay case as the fake case raised by the seller and against the seller has been closed.
When contacted the seller about missing ietms the ask you to provide evidence - which is usually impossible as normally they can prove that you received SOMETHING and you can not prove what you received or did not receive. Luckily, in my case, I will be able to prove that they did not send all the items purchased as the postage they paid would not cover all the items they were supposed to send. You might not be so lucky if the weight of the missing items would not take the total weight over the postage they paid.
Their underhand tactic of raising a fake Ebay case against themselves means that the buyer then can not raise a valid case against them via Ebay and has to either raise an Ebay Appeal (more convoluted) or go to a Small Claims Court.
