I wanted some advice on boosting framerates for my ageing system. We discussed parts and prices but Mario came to the conclusion that replacing parts wouldn't help as the kit is still pretty decent in terms of specs and that I needed to look in a different direction. A less scrupulous person might have tried to sell me any number of things.

So here it is. Nice place, nice bloke, very helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. I checked for the best price and these were the one to go to. They knew what they were doing, gave good, sensible advice and followed that up with good customer service, no fuss. I needed to take my system in for 'upgrade' which they did in a very short time same day. Responded to messages and emails with telephone calls. Can't fault them.

Upgraded my PC tower. Absolutely brilliant. I don't go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a computer sales and service. Always obliging with advice and the prices are excellent.

This is my third pc build from Cougar. I've been using them for a long time now and they still produce the best build with great advice. Mario cetainly knows his stuff. Friendly, helpful and considerate. There was a 24 hour delay with despatch but I was contacted immediately with an explanation. I would never go anywhere else.

Delivered a pc late and didn’t reply to emails or contact us then when it has arrived they have failed to send me a product key to activate windows and still are not replying to any emails

The fan on my laptop was really loud so I went to cougar extreme to get it looked at. Firstly they didn't contact me to say that it would take longer than they said it would and after I picked it up it still wasn't working so I took it back again. When I got it back it was shoddily super glued back together and has slowly started falling apart. It was holding for about a month which is the period that they say something can be returned in but after that there has just been problem after problem with it. The screen is sticking out, the plastic bit concealing the hinge is coming off, it won't connect to wifi properly, the images won't show up on file explorer despite me trying 5 or 6 methods on the internet to get it back, it gets so hot that is burns me.

I wanted to buy a new PC to run Archi CAD for my partner. I visited Extreme PC shop at St Lukes because my partner recommended the shop from where she got repairs done to her laptop couple of times in the past. When I visited the shop, ended up talking to a person called Garry. On the very first day of meeting Garry, he won my trust within few minutes of discussion of the system requirements to run architectural CAD. I realised that he is technically conversed on the subject and not only that,I recognised him as a friendly, people person. He showed me few desk tops he had had recently fabricated to run powerful gaming programmes. On the following day he sent me a quote for my needs. Price was negotiated and I decided to purchase the system from Extreme PC.

We bought this desktop computer system now over 8 months ago and are very satisfied with its superior performance which exceeded our expectations.

I honestly believe that Extreme PC is already a very popular computer market place among the customers. Without any hesitation I recommend Extreme PC to anyone needing either a reliable advice before purchasing any IT equipment or to get top technical support for any type of IT repair work or to purchase any computer product at a very competitive price.

I have bought two systems from Cougar over the last few years. Both systems have been brilliant. I have recently had my first problem with my current PC and Cougar have spent a lot of time resolving it for me and they have been brilliant. Thank you Curtis and Mario for your help. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you want an affordable, reliable, well-built computer that will last you for years with customer service to match.

My 14 year old son had been saving up his money to buy a gaming PC, he noticed that Cougar Extreme could build what he wanted cheaper than he could buy elsewhere and cheaper than we could build ourselves. The service was brilliant, they did a fantastic job of building the PC and it was delivered on time. They were also really helpful with our questions. A few days after ordering my son realised that he had forgotten to include a WiFi card so I phoned up and added it to the order no problem and it didn’t delay the order. Brilliant company.

Good product and staff were happy to answer questions and give advice. Would/will use again.

We went to cougar for my son he wanted a gaming computer Mario who served us was brilliant working with our son to build him his ideal package. Have had a couple of things that we needed to contact them for and sorted no problem.

I work in creative industry and have bought two computers from Cougar in the past. Recently wanted to switch from Mac to PC and didn't know who to go with for a specialist duel GPU build, Cougar gave me a really good quote. They will go above and beyond with customer service and make sure you are getting exactly what you need. Build was top quality and would recommend to everyone.

I emailed the store ahead of time enquiring if they had what i needed in stock, got a reply really quickly and when I went into the store they had everything ready and waiting for me. Even took the time to remember my name from the E-Mail I had sent earlier. Thanks guys!

Was looking to purchase a pc online & spent over a week looking at reviews, trying to choose the best service & value for money.

So glad I chose Cougar Extreme, Mario initially gave me a phone quote & talked through my budget & requirements as my pc knowledge isn't brilliant. But he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need & was totally honest.
Once ordered my pc came quickly & exactly on time, to the hour.
I had an initial problem with the setup of the wireless card, but to be honest I think that was directly related to me insisting I would install my own windows OS.
However, Paul at Cougar was very efficient in getting things sorted & dispatched a new wifi card that resolved the problem- I ended up with a better wifi card at no extra charge.
I'd highly recommend Cougar to anyone.

Having some amateur knowledge, I knew they weren't trying to make me buy goods that are more expensive to make more money out of me, they sold me exactly what I needed.

Decided to upgrade my PC, after dealing with ebuyer & having a very bad experience I decided to look local.
Usually I use Web-Systems which is just down the road from Cougar but on looking & comparing prices I found they were slightly cheaper.
Popped in on the way home from work, selected board & CPU, had a good chat with staff & went away pounds lighter but happy.
I went back a week later to get components for a media center for my father-in-law. Again prices are very competitive and everything worked.
Some component prices are a lot cheaper than online retailers, others comparable.
Suffice to say if they have it, then they will now be my first choice.

Ordered a barebones system online nothing special, I ordered the parts I wanted and they arrived undamaged via courier in under 5 days and was contacted by phone the day before to say when my machine would arrive.

Will I use Cougar Extreme again YES.
Will I recommend Cougar Extreme YES.

Som people might suggest that they are Made Up.
Well I'm here to tell you that this one is not.
With the demise of XP I was looking for a new computer. Like the rest of you I did the research and came across Cougar Extreme who were very competitivley priced.
On the 10th of May this year I was going to spend a week with my sister in Sutton Coldfdield and as Cougar was on my way down from Newcastle upon Tyne I called in just to "Have a Butchers",that means have a look.
I spoke to Daniel, discussed what my needs were and he was most helpful to a "Puter Numpty" like me and he didn't try to sell me anything., which goes down big in my book
The upshot was I ordered a System, Keyboard and speakers
I told him I was going "UP North" on the following Saturday the 17th and he said it would be ready and it was.
I collected it and met Mario another member of the team.
He quickly assessed my "Puter Limitations" and put the keyboard do dar in the correct USB port for me. "Thanks Mario" dealing with Cougar Extreme is that easy.
