Simply - excellent.
Company efficient, courteous and friendly. Sewing machine broken …. phoned shop … problem understood and promise of postal service. Part arrived a few days later. Incredible as the few days included Christmas Day & Boxing Day. Well done to this Lincoln shop.

I ordered an item 2 days before Xmas…
I ordered an item 2 days before Xmas expecting it to arrive after and to my surprise it arrived first thing on Xmas eve. Can’t thank them enough and will be definitely using them again. They have a good range of products and will now be ordering more feet for my machine plus other bits.

Good morning,
I just wanted to share that this order was placed on a Friday evening, we packed the order on the Saturday but our postage collections are Monday-Friday so this was dispatched on the Monday using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as selected at checkout.
This order was then delivered on the Wednesday - 48 hours after dispatch.
I've just done a quick Google search of the part number and I can't find it cheaper anywhere else.
As you can see from our other reviews we are always competitive on pricing, we use Royal Mail for a quick and efficient delivery service, and we do offer Free Post on orders over £30.
This was a Genuine Brother item, not a cheap copy.

Worth the expense, excellent service
I had been undecided whether to buy the interchangeable dual feed foot, mainly because of the price, which seemed very expensive compared to universal walking feet. It was actually another reviewer that pointed out that the money already spent on fabric for a quilt and time spent making it, it is stupid to then economise on the walking foot when it makes a difference to the finish of the quilt. Couling's offered the foot at a competitive price, the web site explained clearly and I was able to check it was the correct foot to fit my machine. The dispatch and delivery were very prompt. Ordered Thursday, arrived Saturday morning . Was able to quilt all weekend!!

Quick service
I needed new blades for my overlocker. These arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. Unfortunately I cannot undo the existing blades so haven’t been able to test these out. I’m sure they’ll be fine when I do get to replace them
