Absolutely amazing service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed like some showrooms. I would definitely recommend and can’t speak highly enough of them. I will be back when it’s time to change again. Thank you so much, your experience and knowledge made it very easy. Best wishes

This review was nothing to do with dropping prices, it was pointing out about how rude the staff are? If the managing director was in the showroom it would have been more professional for him to introduce himself and resolve the complaint ? Instead they have lost customers- we would also like to advise the MD that maybe he should look at putting his sales staff on customer service programmes otherwise this company will keep receiving poor reviews?

Never buy a car from here, the staff are rude and unhelpful, the manager has big attitude problems. Don’t waste your money here

Poor excuse and totally unprofessional dealership. Kept promising a car, which we waited days for. Then a call came to say it wasnt available. When we questioned why we were denied a reason with a rude and abrupt response "its our car and we dont have to sell it". No apology or justification. Complaint made to manager who is as rude, arrogant and unprofessional as his staff. I am now making a complaint to the UKAS as this company does not deserve the accreditation it has. Beware of the manager and his poorly trained staff - bad attitude, bad service and overall unprofessional, disinterested and lacking in honesty and courtesy. If you have money to spend on a car, do yourself a favour and dont spend it with this unprofessional company.
Since posting this review, I have been sent various abusive emails from the manager - threatening me with legal action for posting a truthful review. The manager initially tried to say that the poor reviews he has received were meant for another dealership , however this is most certainly not the case. The UKAS have assured me that this matter will be treated with the utmost severity, and I have passed this onto the manager however he continues his campaign of harrassment with childish and unprofessional emails worded "get your facts straight". Please be aware of the awfully unprofessional nature of this dealership and send your hard earned cash elsewhere.
The manager is nothing but hilarious with threats of legal action which are unsubstantied and have no legal basis. The manager will insist on stating that my issue is that they wouldn't sell a car that was unfit for purpose. Clearly if "the manager" chose to take the time to read the complaint properly he would not make such ludicrous suggestions.
This company market themselves as a professional organisation, but sadly their behaviour and total lack of customer service as well as their response to complaints, proves this to be far from the case
purchased an Audi A6 from country cars and it was lovely car and very competively priced as well. The sales staff were a pleasure to work with and were not pushy like some garages which i found quite refreshing. The real plus was when i had some problems with the car though (which can happen) they dealt with my issue quickly amd even let me get the work done close to home to save the hassle of returning the vehicle to. Good service throughout.
