I decided to book my vacation with them after hearing mixed reviews about travel companies in general, so I was a bit hesitant at first. However, after finishing my trip, I felt compelled to share this review because the overall experience was truly unforgettable.

The highlight of my experience with Country Holidays Travel was how their team treated us right from the start. They were incredibly patient while we discussed destinations, hotel choices, and travel preferences. I had a ton of questions before finalizing the booking because, as a woman traveler, the details are super important — cleanliness, hotel atmosphere, safety, transport arrangements, nearby attractions, and availability of support. Their team took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease even before the trip began.

What really stood out to me was the seamless coordination throughout the vacation. Typically, small issues can become quite stressful while traveling, especially when relying on a travel company. But during our trip, everything was handled professionally. Hotel check-ins were hassle-free, transportation was punctual, and the itinerary was perfectly balanced. We had plenty of time to unwind, snap photos, explore local spots, and genuinely enjoy the vacation instead of feeling rushed all the time.

The hotel experience was honestly one of my favorite aspects. The property was stunning, clean, tranquil, and family-friendly. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was polite and welcoming. Sometimes travel companies promise luxury but deliver mediocre stays, but thankfully that wasn’t the case here. The atmosphere felt safe and comfortable, which made the trip much more relaxing for me.

Another thing I really appreciated was the customer support. Even while we were on the trip, their team stayed in touch and responded whenever we needed assistance. It provided a sense of security that made the experience even better.

They are frauding customer by cancelling the tour packages and don’t even gave a refund.

I have taken the membership last year, membership ID is CHT 1057389. I'm writing here to let you know the truth. Guys pls don't take their membership or give them even 1 Rs of your hard earned money. This company is a fraud. We have wasted our Rs 2,40, 000 by taking their membership and booking the "COMPLIMENTARY HOLIDAY TO BALI" with them. We paid them additional Rs 1,10,000 for flights and attractions in the month of January for Bali trip scheduled in the month of March. It's MAY and they neither booked our ticket nor provided us refund. They have tortured us mentally and financially and now we are taking legal action against them. They have a standard email template and they will disturb you to the core for bookings. You will end up only wasting your money. This company is not scared of legal action as well. Don't come in the sweet talks of their sales person, CRM or GM and above and fall for this trap. But all the good reviews in here are done by their company people only, look at the long paragraphs and similar template. Don't fall for this trap by reading the good reviews because they aren't genuine at all. Beaware of people like Garima, Mukesh, Madhu etc. Once you have paid the money you can never contact them again because either you will be blocked or they will say they have left the company. On Monday, I got a call from the company's escalation team, the representative's name was PARUL. Such sweet talks she did, that maam I'll help you get a refund or book your trip. Now even she is not picking up. After keeping your money, they will play with your feelings and mental health both. Imagine spending Rs 2,40,000 and getting nothing and being mocked upon by the comapny people. Even after reading this review, if you go ahead to spend such huge amount of money, god bless you and I will only feel sorry for your loss.

I have made booking for Travel to UAE for which complete payment was taken from me in November 2025.
I was to travel on 19th Feb, however till date I have not received tickets nor visa.
When I am trying to reach out helpdesk on IVRS number 01207102121, it says number does not exists.
I am getting auto reply emails stating

Despite failed commitments at CHT end,
It has been 6 months, since I am following up through email and Phone calls but till date my hard earned money of 2.65 lacs has not been refunded.

Horrible company... Don't fall prey to this fraud company at all.

You might be approached by them in Movie theater or public places and once you fall for their fancy story, no one absolutely no one picks your call.

This is a fake company and never provide you holiday bookings. Never ever get their membership. Also, don’t pay them for any air-tickets booking. They never book tickets neither refund money. It’s a BIG SCAM company. Stay away from it.

This is totally fraud company and it does not EXIST. It just cheats you by offering membership of about Rs 2 lakhs and also offer discount on air-tickets which is also totally FRAUD. I have lost 2,5 lakhs with this FRAUD company, They never refund money paid for tickets and neither book your tickets. PLEASE STAY AWAY from them.
They also put fake good reviews as members of Country Holiday Travels and they are all put by their own people. They will visit your home and give a discounted members comparing with Mahindra Holidays, offering 30% discount on air-tickets, discounts in restaurants and many such additional benefits, They will showcase some fake experiences of people and also fake holiday bookings of their customers. You will be tempted to get their membership and the moment you swipe your credit card with EMI, you are cheated. From next day onward, they will start playing with you. They will send fake contract document and if you ask them to correct some benefits as promised they will happily do it.
Their website is completely fake. They DO NOT have any office in any city though at the time of visit they will say they have office in Mumbai and other cities. All office address is fake and not office exist at all.

I purchased a membership from Country Holidays. Mr. Aditya coordinated with me for the booking related queries I had. It felt like a personalized service.
The package included my Flight, Hotel Stay and food.
Overall it was a good experience.
I felt, it's a lengthy process but it's not that much extensive.

My experience with the recent purchase with Country Holidays Travel is quite satisfying. I have an average experience with the booking Team. I have received gift vouchers and holiday login details after the purchase.

Really helpful during my recent trip to Lucknow. I had a very pleasant and safe travel experience with Country Holidays Travel India.

The customer service experts helped me alot during the booking process.

I have been following up for my refund for a long time and have already provided the time period requested by the support team. However, instead of a resolution, I keep getting asked for more time again and again.

There has been no clear refund credit date shared with me despite repeated calls and emails. The responses are mostly repetitive and do not provide any concrete update. This ongoing delay has been very frustrating.

I hope the company improves its refund handling process, communication transparency, and customer support accountability. I am still waiting for a proper resolution and refund conformation.

A few days ago, I received a call from Country Holiday Travel India Pvt. Ltd. (CHT) requesting 30 minutes of time with my wife and me to hand over promotional vouchers, stating that these were being offered to individuals who had recently purchased a new car. Due to my busy schedule and lack of genuine interest, I kept postponing the meeting. Despite repeated follow-ups, I finally agreed to meet them at my residence in Thane on Sunday, 11 January 2026, between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. During the meeting, the representatives explained their company profile and offerings. I clearly and repeatedly stated that I was not interested in any vacation or holiday membership, as I am aware that such schemes often involve exaggerated claims and limited delivery. They stated that the purpose of the visit was only to explain the redemption process of the complimentary vouchers (couple movie tickets and a 2N/3D stay) and not to sell any membership. I specifically asked whether bookings in their hotels/resorts were genuinely available, to which they responded that their business model was different from Club Mahindra and Sterling Holidays. They further claimed that they own and operate a chain of hotels, including Radisson, Radisson Blu, and Park Hotels, which allegedly gave them a significant advantage over other players. They also stated that they do not deal with The Lalit or Taj group of hotels. The sales representatives, Mr. Mukesh Mishra and his associate Mr. Abhay Singh, appeared convincing and trustworthy. They repeatedly asserted that Radisson and Park Hotels belonged to them, and that they had tie-ups with premium hotels in and around Mumbai such as Dellas and Fariyas, with 25 rooms allotted to them at each property. Based on these representations, I was led to believe that booking availability would not be an issue if I enrolled in their membership. They also highlighted several additional benefits which, according to them, were unmatched in the market. However, the primary factor influencing my decision was their repeated claim of ownership and association with reputed hotel chains such as Radisson and Park Hotels. They also offered a 90-day free-look cancellation period, assuring that the membership could be cancelled without any issue. Relying on these assurances, I enrolled for the membership by swiping my supplementary credit card for ₹1.98 lakhs, to be converted into 12 EMIs. The membership was taken in my wife’s name, who is also the supplementary cardholder. The sales representatives left after informing us that a confirmation call would be made the next day (Monday, 12 January 2026), after which we would receive the membership login credentials. As no confirmation call was received by Monday afternoon, I became concerned and contacted Mr. Mukesh Mishra. Shortly thereafter, a confirmation call was made; however, during this call, several benefits promised by Mukesh and Abhay were either missing or contradicted, and the caller repeatedly asked us to merely confirm the stated terms. When my wife declined to confirm the offer due to clear mismatch with the previous day’s sales pitch, we immediately received another call from Mr. Mukesh Mishra, who insisted that we confirm whatever was stated during the confirmation call to receive the membership number and login details. He assured us that he would later arrange a customer care call where all promised benefits would be honoured. Trusting Mr. Mukesh Mishra during this second confirmation call, we agreed. However, before receiving any customer care call, we received an email from the company stating that we had confirmed the entire package and that “there are no further queries from the customer side.” This raised serious concerns and suspicion. We did not confirm the said email. Instead, we replied requesting immediate cancellation of the membership, asking them to provide proof of their relationship with Radisson/Radisson Blu, and instructed them not to process the payment further. From that day i.e. 13-Jan-26 we are sending follow-up emails to CHT, however no response except for seeking additional time to revert back. supporting evidence.
In view of the above, it is evident that the transaction was induced through misrepresentation and false assurances. Please avoid any transaction with Country Holiday Travel....

The worst and the frauds fraud company I would say, They never make bookings for you smoother, for me I have worst experience with them, my years AMC got waste as whenever I ask for booking by raising in app it will come back as changes your dates, even after changing they won't book, They will not pick up the calls and if you put bad review they will harass you by calling. I have a mail chain for months and months for single booking. I would plead everyone do not fall for their trap.
