When you order an “in stock” item buyer beware that it probably isn’t and then the owner tries to order more stock to be able to fulfil your order… eventually. You don’t get advised that your order isn’t available and emails are constantly ignored. I had this problem first in December 2024 (during their Advent offers). I decided (stupidly) to give the benefit of the doubt and placed an order early July. I emailed as it hadn’t turned up in a fair timescale, no response. I emailed again asking why she wouldn’t reply and was my item not in stock as led to be believed by taking my order and money and showing as in stock. Eventually got a reply stating this was the case and my whole order refunded.
A lot of people I know from the crafting world go to her courses at her physical shop. It’s just a shame she doesn’t value her online customer too. I won’t be ordering from CVC again.
I have ordered my things from another online shop and received everything within 4 days.

Avoid…Terrible service! Took my money a month ago and I’m still waiting for my items. Haven’t replied to my emails asking for a refund. Told lies about one thing and another when I phoned them. I’m going through PayPal now to try and get my money back.

Avoid! they dont like honest reviews or listen to customers, I will take my money elsewhere also takes ages to send items out.

This outfit do not supply what you order. They send you things that are not even on their website!

They do not replace the utter rubbish and junk they do send you with what you actually paid for,

they do not refund the money they scammed from you by putting up photos of things for you to buy that they DO NOT send you

and they do not answer their emails

Try ringing them; their phone is dead.

In short it is a scam outfit. I'm reporting them to their local trading standards for fraud.

I ordered a few items which arrived very promptly, however one of the items on the order was incorrect and wasn't what I had ordered. I tried to contact them multiple times to get this rectified, but none of my emails have been answered nor was the customer phone line answered at all in the past two weeks so I guess I'm stuck with it. This craft store is fine to use if your order is right but don't expect any customer support if things go wrong.

The first and last time I ever order from this company, My order didn't arrive sent endless E.mails all ignored. PayPal stepped in and refunded me. Stay away from this Company absolutely dreadful.

This is my first time ordering from Country View Crafts. Excellent communication, quick delivery and the paints arrived well packaged. Very pleased with this company. Will definitely use again.

I placed 2 orders this year. The 1st was only sent after I opened a case on Paypal The 2nd was a preorder and was never posted. When disputed through paypal the seller sent 2 identical tracking numbers for the 1st order to make it appear she had posted both orders. Case was won in her favour. She also blocks any negative reviews on social media.

Above average communication and reasonably priced, including shipping.
