Excellent and very prompt service in…

Excellent and very prompt service in replacing my mum’s hearing aid via an insurance claim. All completed within one week. It was great to speak to an actual person on the phone. The appointment was confirmed and the audiologist who made a home visit was lovely and very kind with my mum. There was also a follow up visit 2 weeks later to check everything was ok. Which it was. Many thanks to all.

Exceptional care and thoughtful service

Exceptional care and thoughtful explanations provided by Floyd to ensure my elderly Mum’s hearing aids were professionally set up and that she understood the regular regime for optimal performance. Nothing was too much trouble, with timely updates on delivery and aftercare. We will definitely be customers for life and wholeheartedly recommend Countrywide Hearing.

Brilliant……

It is an absolute pleasure to find the business from point of contact through to post appointment, has covered all areas.
Appointment was made with ease and very quickly. Polite and courteous.
The audiologist was superb and thorough and as promised my device was delivered and fitted within a week. Absolutely outstanding. I’m not the easiest to deal with and expect high standards and I am glad to have found it here.
The extra touch was checking in with me a little time after the appointment to check if everything had been covered during the appointment, but also to ask if there were any questions I might have.
Well done….
It really makes a difference finding a business that provides and delivers with a smile.

Fabulous company they won't disappoint

Where did I start ,within hours of getting in touch with country hearing we recieved a call asking a few questions, what hearing aids we were interested, an home appointment was made within 3 days ,
Country hearing came to the home ,done hearing test ,set up hearing aids,within the hour we were very happy customers, everyone was so polite, helpful along the way,and we were reassured they would be there for us alway .so glad we pick this fabulous company ,thanks again

Excellent company

Countrywide hearing have been amazing…

Countrywide hearing have been amazing through every step of the process. From initial consultation due to insurance claim to getting new hearing aids replaced due to not being happy with them.
Everyone I have spoken with have been friendly, helpful and informative.
Highly recommend them.
The supplier of said hearing aids were absolutely not on the same level however but will all be rectified due to helpful nature of the staff at countrywide.
