If I could do no stars I would. My daughter stopped for fish and chips at a car park after 6pm back in May. She did not realise but she incurred a fine. The first she knew of it was a letter that came... See more

My previous review was removed then…
My previous review was removed then looking over the guidelines I can’t see what I done wrong. So, I have debilitating stomach condition and for necessary reason I had to park. I was parked for no longer than 3 mins and I was issued a 100 parking fine. Please don’t think about using them. Or even appealing it they're corrupt and money grabbing. Don’t park in West Quay Car Park in Fareham
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting! Issuing fines to your own allocated space just because you forgot to display your parking permit because of an emergency. Appeal was made yet being rejected!
Heartless, Greedy, money-grabbing
Heartless, greedy and unpleasant company.
They issue tickets like confetti at a wedding leaving you having to pay quickly and then seek a refund if they deem your case worthy. They are judge and jury.
If you see a car park with their name on it park elsewhere, pay on a council meter, risk a yellow line, drive on. Buying a ticket or using a visitors permit in their designated areas is no safeguard you will not get a ticket. They will issue one anyway and just hope you cannot be bothered to fight it.
What a vile way to make money in the name of protecting residents in their own parking zones. No one is safe. I wouldn't be surprised if staff at their head office got given tickets if they dared to drive to work.
In my opinion they are a revolting, money-grabbing zero-ethics company I will forever avoid parking anywhere near.
