Really unsatisfied with the service!!
Purchased an item since 4th of July and due to some unforeseen circumstances, delivery time was delayed. Got a call during the week that item will be delivered on 10th Aug, unfortunately no call received nor delivery done. Unable to reach them on the phone for a feedback.
Hoping the service will improve.

I recently purchased a bike from courts curepipe, and I must say, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was the delivery service slow and unreliable, but the after-sales support was abysmal. I found myself constantly having to chase them up for updates, and when I did manage to get through, the customer service representatives were unhelpful and rude, even going as far as hanging up on me mid-conversation.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using courst for any purchases. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly concerning. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable company for your
needs

I ordered a set of garden furniture at courts rhill last friday and it was supposed to deliver it to me by saturday as expected,now it has been pushed back to next week,sadly having to make do sitting on the floor😔😡,i'm curious to know if anyone else has been in a similar position as i am,well

They don't deserve the 1 star as well, I bought an electric bike in December 17th 2023, In FEB 2024 The bike Battery Is damaged, The technician came to check, I ask them Do I need to pay to change it They said NO as it's still on guarantee!!!!!!! when I went to courts mamouth They gave me a Bill which mentioned Battery cost rs8000 And transport fees rs1700 When it's still on guarantee, They told me that I have put in charge too much time LIKE WHAT THE FK

Avoid them like the plague - I recently purchased a kettle online from Court Mammouth. Now I have just wasted money and got a product that does not work. Customer service is bad. If Court Mammouth contacts me (order number EC102000917) and I can speak with someone I will be grateful. Till the time no one contacts me, customers please be ware of online products from Court Mammouth

I paid for an item on the 03 Jan 2024. I got an sms for delivery on 08 Jan 2024. I'm waiting like a fool all day then decide to use the tracker to see delivery failed. I call 3 times before I get an answer and the only reason I get is that the item is out of stock?? And no date when it will be back in stock. So, they took my money for an out of stock product????? Scammer business to avoid at all cost +

Ordered a tablet for a family member and the platform crashed after two purchase tentative following an error message about the credit card. The following day I found out the I was charged 2x and never received a confirmation email. Contacted the customer service but they've been so slow. Still waiting for some answers after I sent my bank statement. Surely they can see this transaction on their end otherwise, why create an e-commerce site?
