Hi Nick,
I'm very sorry you have to wait that long. In case you did not recognize, you ordered a "made to order" product, which usually takes 2-3 weeks until it gets shipped out, as noted in the product description.
Your order was sent out to Australia (from Germany) after 6 days and a first delivery attempt by DHL Express happened 4 days later (on July 11th), but they could not reach you. The tracking says that the order is out for delivery again today. Just check the tracking to stay uptodate.
We'll now also reach out by email to better assist you and to make sure everything will be fine :).
