They communicated with me, am waiting for exchange garment as size was not true to Australian size.

My experience is the same as a review posted yesterday. I ordered two dresses that took one month to arrive. I had emailed them asking how long delivery will take and was offered $5 compensation for the delay. I never received this. I paid $93 which is £78 UK pounds. The zips are faulty, the material is like paper and see through. I emailed them requesting what the returns procedure was and I received a reply advising that I will be given $14 “compensation”?? I’m not even sure you can refuse to refund a customer for faulty goods. I will be continuing to email and get my money back. I think they just hope you’ll go away. Avoid this website.

Goods eventually arrived, terrible quality and far too big. You have to go through customer service but they will not give you refund information or access to their complaints department just keep offering a discount on what they have sent that gets bigger the more you say no. If you want to return anything you are wasting your time as they are banking on you giving up and taking the pathetic amount they are offering as it is too much hassle.Do not use them unless you want hassle, poor quality and terrible customer service. I thought as a consumer we had rights but they seem to be able to get away with doing what they want. AVOID

The dress is beautiful. A bit see through, but I will buy something to go under it. The sizes do come up quite small, I would advise to go up a size.

Need to return because to small but cannot get any response for returning for ticket for parcel …?….and need a refund.

Save your money, terrible quality with only a passing resemblance to the photos online. Go to Walmart instead, you will get better quality at a much lower price.

Delivery was prompt but size was not even close to that expected. I had been advised the sizes can be on the small size so went a size up on my ‘normal’ size. I would say it’s stil at least 2 sizes smaller, no where close to fitting and it can’t be returned. I’m really sad about it as it’s a lovely dress and a lot of money to loose.

I really love the outfit,I wish I had ordered the larger size it does fit just a bit tight ! But it has given me the incentive to loose that bit of weight then it will fit me 😊

The dress is exactly as expected..I haven't wore it yet but will be great for summer..
