Ordered online Saturday night. Easy to do the bank transfer option all through their website. Received an email from them Monday morning asking for ID which I responded to immediately. Currency received Special Delivery Tuesday morning (no cost for delivery). All there, sensible denomination notes. Couldn't be easier.

Trustworthy company, currency received on time and in a very agreeable mix of notes. Would recommend them.

First time I've used this company but its now going to be my go to for travel money. Everything was amazing from the exchange rate, the customer service when I made a mistake, the delivery was prompt and on the date I requested and what was really good they did not give you all high currency notes.

First time Covent Garden Fx customer. There was an issue with Royal Mail and my delivery was late. The online tracking system was also not working. As a first time customer, I was naturally worried as if parted ways with £2500 for some currency. Sam and the team at Covent Garden were brilliant and really put my mind at ease. The money arrived the following day. I’d really recommend this family run business to anyone. Their rates are some of the best and their customer service is very good. Unfortunately, due to a possible potential security issue raised by my bank, the payment for my purchase was temporarily blocked.
The lady who I contacted at Covent Garden FX was so helpful and after speaking direct with my bank, my transaction went through on 23 March. My most convenient delivery day was Wed 27 March and my special delivery arrived well within the given time frame.
The experience that I had with Coven Garden FX gave me a clear impression that the company genuinely cared about the level of service that they give and are also very grateful for giving them the business.
