Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I took a water-damaged laptop here a few years ago and was told it would take three days to repair the two USB ports. Three days turned into three weeks, and only one of the two ports was fixed, despite a £175 charge. When I pointed out that the second port still didn't work, staff insisted both were functioning. I demonstrated to them, using a mouse and a USB key, that this was not the case, yet staff kept insisting it was working without any evidence. No reductions in price or repairs were provided; make of this what you will. Finally, they removed this review on Google Maps, falsely claiming I was not a real customer; also make of that what you will.
