Very good service

I was lucky my call was answered by Roozbeh who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my particular request. The company was able to provide cover where a lot of others declined. Mostly this was simply thru listening rather than other less receptive companies trotting out a standard negative response.

Was on holiday in May

Was on holiday in May, phoned the insurance company to find out where the nearest hospital was but the staff member couldn't understand me, due to the pain I was in.I therefore went into hospital for 1 day then returned home and was in hospital for 3 days. On the return to my home, I completed the insurance documents to get my money back in early June....still waiting for even a response. Any time I call, they have no idea what they are doing or they want more info, I stated I've already given them that info and they then 'restart' the 10 working day counter for them to check it. Very angry, I'm now being charged interest on the credit card for the medical treatment, which they will pay. Very poor service and lack of empathy.
