Don’t order the wrong part and expect to return it. I ordered the wrong coving in error. I didn’t fit it immediately so it stayed in the delivery parcel for a couple of months before I discovered my error. Angelo told me that because it was longer than 30 days since I had received my order he would apply a restocking fee. My original order cost £127 (including £30 for postage) After return carriage and restocking he would return £17 to me. So a £50 “restocking fee” for 10 lengths of coving. The labour rates in this establishment must be very good. I am going to bin the items bought in error and re-order from Orac UK whose carriage costs are lower anyway. I confess I don’t see the great customer service that some others are praising.
