@coyotiski when to buy a pair of new ski boots last week @coyotiski only to be shot down by a member of staff for having a budget. 🤦♂️He made me feel terrible and ruined my shopping trip. I did buy some boots but I wish I hadn’t with that attitude.

Such a fantastic place. Each member of staff was helpful and cheerful and pointed us in the right direction for what we needed. A special thank you to Simon on boots who was knowledgeable and sorted my boots and ‘condemned’ another pair (over 20 years old and cracking! 😀). We haven’t skied for a number of years and needed help from socks to boots! Big thank you 😊

Generally an excellent welcome from all staff and a willingness to carry out an immediate boot fitting despite me not booking an appointment.
Once into the fit itself, the usual high standard of knowledge, advice and customer service that cannot be faulted.
