Although I did receive my order, one of the items is defective. I have emailed them several times and have not received any replies as of yet. I tried the phone number listed on the website and it does not go through. I would not order anything else from this company.

I started this ordeal September 2022. I paid over $150 on my Visa for 8 long sleeve polo shirts. The ads showed them to be of good thick quality on the models in the photographs. I received 6 poor quality thin shirts that were small, not large like I ordered. Julia? and I have emailed back and forth. No! they have not fully refunded like their policy states, nor the 50% they said they would. The covid excuse used is BS! This company is a fraud! Do not lose your hard-earned fixed income $ like I did.

Cozymoo contacted me by email regarding Black Friday. I bought a blazer that had been quoted in Australian dollars. They used the same photos that Lightinthebox use. They called the item "cotton" whereas Lightinthebox stated the item was polyester. Cozymoo added an extra $20 approximately on the item for postage even though I was led to believe the item's postage was already added.
Did not respond to my email. Hong Kong or America?
Never again.
Please read all the disgusted reviews. I didn't and regret it. Lesson learnt.

Don't Buy From Cozymoo
I ordered 3 large size shirts from Cozymoo. What I received was 3 shirts that were medium sized but labeled large. I contacted them through the website and asked for a return and refund. I was given a BS story that due to Covid they could not accept a return but would give me a 50% refund. I contacted them again 3 or 4 times but they did not respond. Since I paid them using PayPal, I went to the PayPal resolution center and contacted them again using the resolution process. Again the response said their policy is to provide a 50% refund without returning their products due to Covid. My response to them was the CDC, FDA, WHO, Fauci and Biden announced months ago that the Covid pandemic is over and businesses, schools, and organizations should reopen, and people should go back to work. I also pointed out their policy on the website still says they provide a return and full refund. This morning I have a notice from PayPal that my money was fully refunded. Since I can't use the shirts, I'll be donating the them to charity. This ordeal took over 3 months but persistence won out.

Ordered several items on 08-31-2022, it is now 10-26-2022 and I have not received any part of my order. I have sent 3 e-mails asking about my order and have not received a response.
Wish I would have read the reviews first. If it would have been possible to give them a zero star, that would have been my honest rating.
Cozymoo was very quick to take my money from my bank account.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered 1 size up and the clothes were not loose and flowing as described. When I reached out to exchange them - even though their site said free returns - they refused due to Covid. Offered me 50% refund, then 70%. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and they got me a full refund. PayPal gets 5 stars, but would never order from cozymoo ever again!

Ordered a 3X jacket Sept 30,2022 received it 26 days later, opened package it was marked 3X but was actually a medium. Contacted credit card company and will dispute charge. No return address unless I send it back to China.

OMG, Cozymoo is a FRAUD
OMG, Cozymoo has to be a fraud. The following is true and happened in July-Sept 2022.
July 30: Ordered two men's medium shirts. $53.25
Aug 11: Received a shipment notification
Sept 9: Received two shirts, but they were a women's small.
Sept. 9: Notified via email (no one answers the customer service number) of the problem.
Sept. 10: Julia from Customer service writes that,"due to Covid they cannot accept returns. We will refund 50% and you still keep it ,is it ok?"
Sept 11: I replied, "Are you kidding? Either send me a complete refund or send me the two shirts that I ordered."
Since Sept. 11, I have not heard back from Julia or anyone from Cozymoo customer service.
Note: The Cozymoo website says that they cannot accept returns after 30 days from the order date. Well, crap, you don't RECEIVE them until 5-6 weeks after order date!!!! PLEASE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Richard Martinez
Misleading advert.
The tops I ordered were nothing like the photo. They are poorly made, totally different style, and very poor quality. There is no way I would wear them. I will never buy from this company again they are rubbish.

Quality of clothing is very poor
Quality of clothing is very poor. I tried to return the 3 shirts I ordered and received no response as to how to return them. I would not recommend these clothing products. The price was very low but so is the quality of products.
Poor customer service
The quality of the t-shirts I ordered was very nice but their sizing chart is way off. When I contacted them to return the items, they would not take them back and offered me a partial refund. After some back and forth, they agreed to refund me the full amount. After 3 months I have still not received this refund and they no longer respond to my emails.
I recommend that you DO NOT purchase from this company.
