Always great delivery just get it done

Excellent, but unfortunately didn’t leave a receipt anywhere

Always texts in advance which makes it easier for me to prepare for the delivery. The delivery driver I often get is very polite, respectful of the property and always makes sure I get the receipt

Ordered oil at the start of July which was received within the agreed timeframe. However I asked for notification the day before to ensure we were available to give access. We did not receive it, the delivery driver just turned up. Luckily we were at home and available to let him in.

I complained and received a prompt acknowledgment of the complaint with an undertaking to get back to me with an explanation of their error. Three weeks later nothing received.

So, if you need to know the day before a delivery you may want to try another company.

Note I placed my order with CPS, the oil was delivered by Goff, they are the same corporate company. I have since discovered the many so called 'local brand' oil companies are run by the same parent.

The delivery driver was considerate in parking, he also informed me the tank was very low and to consider another delivery. This I did by completing a quote via a email saying prices were favourable at this present time. On receiving the quote I called the main office to enquire how the cot had gone up £118.81p since very recent delivery. I was told there was a war on in the Middle East and the email saying favourable costs were just science. I just felt the approach to me was direct in tone and did I want it or not to be honest I felt as if I was stupid not to know this. I did reorder as didnt want the hassle of going elsewhere as we had always used this company and will do again but mainly online and not phone call.

​Do not trust this company. They have failed to deliver our heating oil three times in a row, despite repeated promises.
​We have an elderly pensioner living in our home who is being left completely in the cold because of their sheer incompetence and failure to deliver. Being let down once is frustrating, but this level of repeated unreliability and neglect is unacceptable.
​Save yourself the stress and take your business to a company that actually fulfills its orders and cares about its customers. Worst service we have ever experienced.

Great price compared to other suppliers. Easy to order. I’m glad I had notification of delivery although I wasn’t aware that would happen so I took the lock off in preparation a couple of weeks before. It arrived the day after the date stated when the oil would be delivered by.

Delivery came on last day of promised delivery due by date on this occasion.
No issues to report.

The fuel order was delivered ahead of schedule, and the refund for the amount actually delivered was refunded promptly.
