Terrible service of this company. Don't waste your money. They only want that you test his products but if it don't work you will pay for it. They can charge to you almost 30% of your original payment if you return the part because it simply doesn't work, regardless of the reason. Be carefully and good luck if you work with them.

They helped me find the right power supply for my system without without all the upsell BS. Received 2 days later called in and tech stayed on phone to make sure I installed it without any issues. Won't hesitate to recommend if any future needs arise.

Purchased a power supply the said was for a Dell Studio 540. The cords were not long enough so they had to send me a adapter. Then the power supply died after 6 months of light use. They told me it was only a 30 day warranty. The power supply was made very cheaply, compared to the Dell OEM. Would not buy from them again. Also I had to wait 4 days for a reply that they would not accept the return.

Easy replacement, delivered on time and as described--running well, machine powered right up--can feel air moving through computer now. Gave it a good dust blow while cover was off. Everything fine and dandy.

I purchased a power supply from CPUtopia and I expected to get a replacement for a Bestec power supply. From all the information posted on their site I thought I would receive another Bestec. I received an Athena power supply instead. They never disclosed it was an Athena power supply and when I contacted them to send it back I was told I had to pay shipping. I could have bought the same power supply from [External Reference] for less. Very disappointed with the customer service and failure to mention the actual product they would be shipping.

Power supply went out on Wednesday and ordered Thursday morning. Order was received Friday mid-afternoon. I'm impressed with extremely fast service. Will do business again.

Bought power supply on website. Called in and was assisted on phone how to install. Sales person was very knowledgeable. I am not a technician and was nice to get assistance as money is a little tight right now. I am pleased with the product and level of service from CPUtopia. I will not hesitate to purchase from again.
