Trustworthy company

You never really know how good a company is until something goes wrong. All companies are good when it all goes smoothly.
In this case there was a misunderstanding, and the owner accepted full responsibility, apologised profusely, and sorted the problem out quickly, at personal expense to himself. Such honest and fair trading is sadly no longer the norm. I fully recommend this company as a company that can be trusted and does business the right way.
