I recently ordered some feather boa trim. I needed it to be delivered quite quickly, I asked if they could send it to me first class and I would pay the difference in postage. Anne was amazing, she sent it off first class and didn’t charge me any extra. The package was sent out on 9th May and I received it the next day. Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend.
