This is the first time I bought from this shop. I got myself a happy planner notebook. It arrived quickly within 3 working days. The notebook was well packed and in perfect condition. Overall I am happy with my purchase and their service.

I absolutely love this company! I have ordered all kinds of craft items over the years and they have never ever let me down. My latest purchase, (which arrived today) was two packs of Project Life scrapbooking pages, which arrived quickly and packaged well to keep them flat. The Craftie Charlie website is amazing with a fabulous range of brands. They also have a very good sales / clearance section and offer good promotions throughout the year. I want to say a massive thank you to Jane and Charlotte for their hard work! Hands down the best craft website around.

I now buy the bulk of My art & craft supplies from Craftie Charlie instead of paying a fortune by ordering from the US or Australia & Canada. I find They have pretty much the most extensive range in the UK including all the popular Names such as Tim Holtz, G45, Prima etc & cater to every taste & every genre of artist or crafter. Equally important to Me is that their website is so easy to navigate instead of a minefield like most craft sites. There are dozens of different ways to search the site such as by brand & bringing up an easy alphabetical list of brands & then when You select the brand You can go by collection or by type of product & after this You can either browse or select A-B or L-0 etc or of course You can just key in what You want. Paying is very secure & They dispatch almost immediately. Postage is very cheap no matter how heavy Your parcel & They pack everything in safe, protective & eco friendly packaging. Shipping is free for orders over £30 too. Their prices are some of the best around & You earn a huge amount of points to spend on their site or to use to get money off a transaction. This would be a great way to save up & have a spree at the end of the Year but I used a load of Mine to get a third off a purchase this Week. I accumulated a lot more though & They grow fast. You can either save things to Your wish list or to Your cart or to Your private shopping list. Finally They're an independent business started by Two Ladies who both love to craft so the choices They offer are always great stuff, the kind of stuff You wish other sites had the sense to sell! I love how quickly They send stuff out & this is important to Me as I have deadlines to meet for custom orders & design team projects. They really saved the Day this Week by getting much needed Graphic 45 Papers out to Me that aren't available anywhere else. The only minor criticism I may have is that You're restricted to buying only 1 of each item per order but it doesn't really cause hassle as You can always order more next time or contact them direct to ask for more if it's a special situation. Really love this company as They're so easy to deal with & so quick! I'm saving around £100 in shipping per Month too so I can't sing their praises enough! Highly recommend!
