I bought a lamp which unfortunately was missing a plug. The company were so helpful and went out of their way to put the problem right. I would certainly recommend them. I am delighted with the lamp also. Thank you ?

We have not been able to make the lamp work, and apart from an initial email suggesting that we push the bulb further in we have had no response or suggestion about how to proceed. We are considering going to the small claims court as the company is not responding to us.

Apart from not replying to my email enquiry, the buying process was very quick and easy. My purchase arrived, easy to put together and very good value for money. My only issue is that the light is so bright you could really do with a diffuser to tone it down a bit!

Delivery a bit slow due people being away but once they returned item was received the next day.
All in all very good.

My craft lamp arrived very promptly around 2 days after I ordered it. Delivery company kept me informed of it's progress en route. Very pleased with purchase. (Daylight ultra slim XR).The lamp is well made, has a long reach & a good sized viewing circle. The 1.75x magnification is perfect & the illumination very even. Makes sewing & other close work so easy. Not a cheap product but I think it will last a long time. Highly recommended.

I received my purchase within 48 hours of ordering, the price I paid was the best I could find in the UK on line, the light itself is brilliant for model making and makes life a lot easier.

I would recommend this company they are good service the only complaint is fed x they are terrible at delivering the stuff but the purelite 3 in 1 is perfect would recommend to any crafter who does parchment craft best one I have brought the other make I brought from another company was sent straight back
