Excellent Master Locksmith. Ewan's was extremely timely with all his communications. I had absolute clarity in what was available and what could be done. I booked Ewan in for what I was looking forward and his availability was fantastic so it meant the whole turnaround was within days. He talked me through everything. I felt as though he went above and beyond with explaining about the exiting doors/locks and I had full confidence in the service. Very prompt completion of the work and again a very fast turnaround with additional after service work. 100% recommend.

Had a key jammed in the front door unable to mive the barrel back to vertical to retrieve it. Contacted Ewan using whatsapp so able to get video call to show the issues and he was able to analyse correctly the problem. Was out quickly to fix the door with great detail not just retrieving the key giving a full service to make sure the lock fittings were all smooth and aligned. Extremely prompt, professional and fully explained the issues goinh forward with the locking systems

I was informed reasonably early enough of Ewan’s arrival and he was really courteous through the visit. Got the lock fixed quickly and even explained the reason for the issue (which was very useful to hopefully prevent the same issue arising in the near future).

He turned up within 40 minutes of my call and managed to access my property within minutes and changed the entire lock within an hour. Excellent service. Ewan did a great job. Good price, in fact the price ended up cheaper than the quoted price. He explained the cause of the failure and gave an allround explanation of all the contributing factors. Very professional. The front door deadlocking mechanism now works tight and better than it did when it was brand new. I'd recommend him to anyone and if I need a locksmith in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use Craftlock Ltd again.

Supposedly came to the property, didn't bother to park or call and then left sending a text “cant find parking will come another time” if you didn’t want to do the job should have not bothered rather than wasting everyones time.

Ewan is excellent at his work and I can't fault his craftmanship at all. I got 3 quotes from different locksmiths and what made me choose Craftlock was they were the lowest quote (no vat so 20% cheaper for a start, and a small company so no large overheads like call centres etc.), but also because he was so polite and friendly. Ewan was quick to reply to my email enquiries, he was polite, knowledgeable and reassuring in his responses.
When he arrived to do the job, he was polite, clean in his work, and thorough! He not only fixed my lock but also repaired the door setting so it won't happen again.
I can 100% recommend Ewan from Craftlock Ltd, trustworthy and excellent at his trade.
