Total scam, company is not trading, about to be struck off at companies house but still taking money. It’s a scam, the banks are complicit in this as they are allowing this company to operate a bank account whilst this company isn’t trading .

Wish I'd spotted the signs on their out of date web site before subscribing and had checked here! It's now 30 days since my initial subscription / payment. They have delivered nothing and don't respond to emails. Meanwhile I later joined another rum club and have been delighted with 2 deliveries already. My credit card company will be blocking them tomorrow and refunding me, unless (as if!) something unexpectedly arrives before then.

I have been a member for about 7mths. Each month that went by I started to receive my rum later and later. With absolutely no response to any of my emails (there's no telephone number!) I decided to see my bank and block the payment. Its easily done.
I was paying on the 1st each month and not receiving until the next month. If I received them at all. I've still not had August rum yet. Don't bother signing up to this company as you can't garentee you'll receive anything at all.

This guy Robert Liam Clarke is a complete scammer. I contacted an ex work colleague of his via linked-in and he asked Robert to contact me, which he never did. So I reported him to Trading Standards. He’s now opened up another business called The Protein Company with a guy called Joseph Battle and you can find them on Facebook. There are umpteen addresses for these guys. I think we should report him to Rip Off Britain. He should not be allowed to get away with hard working peoples money!!!
Late or non existent deliveries
Late or non existent deliveries. They don't reply to emails or social media posts. The last delivery had a bar of chocolate that was four months past its sell by date. Have cancelled my subscription. Scammers!
AVOID
Received 1st box then had to reclaim money from credit card company as did not receive 2nd box.
The only time this company responded they did with something along the lines of “oh sorry the courier driver broke it and another is on it’s way” which was a complete lie and was a standard response to most people he was trying to fob off….and he has a dud 0800 number. Face book page now looks as if it has been taken down but website still up and running and still taking money!!
When facebook was up and running this company would try to block all negative comments. When I noticed people being scammed I had to contact people directly and tell them to get in touch with their bank asap. If I posted this advice on facebook he would delete it within a matter of hours.
Same story as the rest of you - scam
Same story as many, signed up by pre-paying for 3 months for my husband for father's Day. This was 6 weeks ago and no delivery, no response to email and no response to social media contact. Scam.

Their Facebook page is unresponsive and it looks like I’m not the only one that is not receiving their order.

Terrible customer service take money then never get rum on time. Steer clear. Took money 1st of month now 24th and still no rum not replying to email or messages either.

the products are generally ok and initially they were providing a good level of service. They started to slide so that products were nearly a month late, so you were paying for the next months order before that months arrived, the orders were incomplete. They never respond to any emails, facebook messages when you contacted them. The club is actually pretty expensive for what you receive, you are better off going elsewhere. Dont use them

Absolutely shocking service, this company should be closed down. I’ve paid for my subscription and had no deliveries whatsoever. No one responds to messages or emails, it’s disgraceful. Don’t use them!
Very poor service - took my money and didn’t send my rum!
Very poor service. My first rum box was ok ish (the rum wasn’t amazing, but I’d had it half price.) The second rum box never arrived, and they won’t give me my money back or provide a replacement. I’ve emailed, posted on their Facebook page and sent messages via Instagram and Facebook. No reply, and it looks like I’m not the only customer in this position.

These people take your money and then don't deliver. There is no phone number for them and they do not respond to emails or Facebook Messenger. The last box I did receive, also had an item missing from the 'whats in the box' list. Shocking, save your money and go elsewhere.
Rubbish!
Bought a 3 month subscription as a present for £120. May's box arrived but nothing in June and my Facebook message to them has been ignored-there is no telephone number on thier website to contact them. May's box had a £30 bottle of rum and a couple of mixers... Nothing special and the experience is definitely not worth the money!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Waiting for our second delivery of bi-monthly rum. Took the money from my card on 1 June, was told it would be despatched 4 June. Nothing heard or received. Then told it would be despatched on 18 June. Still nothing. This company is definitely a scam! They do not respond to emails, Facebook correspondence or messages (in fact, I have been barred from putting anything on FB it would appear!). I had heard that they have gone bankrupt. Doesn't surprise me with such awful customer service. Shameful and deceitful. Such a shame as it was my husband's birthday present......

After having a successful run of bi-monthly deliveries, I moved house and updated my details on my account.
My next delivery was almost sent to my my old address but I managed to get it postponed and informed the Craft Rum Discovery that my address needed to be changed. This was 6 weeks ago, still no delivery, they are no longer responding to my messages via Facebook or email. Disgraceful customer service.
