Very happy with my purchase stylish and perfect for daily use

Few months back I ordered Laptop bag from craftshades and believe me their leather bags are genuinely 100% pure and authentic.. And there delivery is also very fast, their bags have high quality leather with a premium feel.. There website has a smooth UI and easy User experience which led customer for easy payments and easy to navigate. Recently I ordered a sling bag for my girlfriend on valentine’s day and she loved her soooo much, its quality was also so premium and best. My overall experience with craftshades was such good that I can’t even explain in words.. Thanks craftshades for make my life super smooth and stylish.. Love you craftshades.

Unfortunately, I trusted their website and ordered a – 10*13″Crossbody Handcrafted Small Goat Leather messenger bag – Black | 100% Genuine Leather. Took 3 weeks - couple of phone calls and unanswered emails - before the bag came. And what I got was an 11 x 15 inch bag, different colour, which dont even feel like goat leather, I would not have minded all these if at least the size was the same as I ordered.

When I called them, one man promised me a call back and that they will replace it. I have got no call back even in 2 days and on top of it, they dont take calls anymore.. I have dialed 6 times today, but no call back.

Please think 100 times before you decide..

IIf I could I would have given -5 stars.
These is a scam they have taken 200$ and refuse to respond to my repeated emails & whatsapp messages

I have bought an item 3 months ago and it never arrived. Been chasing them on the phone. They've answered once a month ago saying that the item had been posted. Now they keep declining my calls!

I purchased the Chesterfield Handmade Buckingham 3 Seater from Craft Shades and below is my experience.

Cost:
Website lists Chesterfield Sofa price at USD758 and claims FREE Worldwide shipping. NOT TRUE, You will pay significant shipping, customs, and handling costs. Here's a breakdown of all the costs I had to pay to have the sofa finally delivered to my doorstep:
1- Sofa: USD758
2- Factory to Departure Port Shipping: USD178
3- Arrival Port Customs Fees: USD371
4- Arrival Port Shipping Agent: USD594
5- Release & Delivery Agent Fees: USD433
-- Actual Overall Total Cost: USD 2334 (More than 3X website price)

Time:
Order made on August 10th and arrived to my doorstep on November 9th (3 months). Several promise made by the representative on manufacturing in 7 days and confirmed shipping were not met or just plain lies.

Communication:
Response is fairly quick via WhatsApp and the representative was helpful 50% of the time.

Quality:
Such a great real leather with quality finish. There is glossiness which I'm not a big fan of which I hope wears off with use. Also there was very minor scratches due to shipping. However, Overall I'm very happy with the final product, fantastic handmade Chesterfield!

Craftshades is guinine leather company, and bags are good looking and good material and quality is good.

The bags are very high quality and cheap in rates as per the quality i liked it so much
