A well-known Courier company “lost” a large item I ordered recently and I could not have received better service or communication from Charlotte at Crafts U Love. Brilliant!!!

Excellent Service Every Time
I have ordered craft items from Craftsulove several times and each time I have had fabulous service. One item had been out of stock (due to manufacturers issue not theirs) and they kept in touch by email every so often giving an update! Would highly recommend.
